If you’re thinking about saving money by paying for extra beds instead of more rooms, think again. The futon they use is extremely hard, you’ll wake up sore. It’s no different from sleeping on the ground. The windows don’t have any sound proofing so although you live on the top floor you’ll here every single thing from the street, making it exceptionally hard to sleep. Also, you can’t store any luggage before check in, which is a minus considering you can’t check in before 3 pm. The temperature of the shower is really inconsistent, you might have a good temperature to begin with but then it fluctuates between scolding hot and freezing. I wouldn’t recommend choosing this hotel if you’re a woman, the area is really sketchy and you will feel unsafe no matter the time of day. The staff was nice and the price was good.

Room is clean, but space is very limited, not suitable for 4 pax, maximum 3pax.

Check in at 3pm, Check out at 11am.

Location is near to railway station.

4 hangers are provided, can request more.

There's 2 microwave in the lobby.

Self collect new towel, tooth brush, comb at lobby.

Mineral water only given on the first day no matter how many days you stay.

No tea nor coffee bag provided.

Stayed here for 3 days but no cleaning service.

A decent and budget friendly hotel that is 5mins walk away from nearby train stations.

I booked a room that was advertised as a place for four, however it was tight fit for all of us.

I recommend getting it for a room for two or three at best. Overall, its good budget friendly room.

Area isn't super safe at night, there is a sauna for men on the way from the train station, would recommend lone females be careful walking there. The staff spoke fluent and Chinese, assisted us with check in with the machines but it was super easy, could have done it ourselves too. Super polite and showed us to the lift while explaining stuff (nothing super impt but it was very warm of him). We checked out with the machines easily. There is a foreign currency exchange machine in the lobby too. Room was you pay for what you get, decent for the price! Hot water for the bath and heater for the room was available. They provided yukatas instead of bath robes, super special! Suitable for small group travels, not really for groups with kids as walls were thin. Bed was comfortable!!

Convenient location near Shim-Imamiya station, easy to get from airport and to Universal Studios. Check in was very easy and the entire process was digital.

You cannot arrive before 3pm because there is no staff and the code to the door is on the inside, so make sure you take that into account. After check-in you get the door code and can come and go freely. In the lobby, there are tablets set up for automatic check-in using your travel document information, which will then tell you your room and door lock combination. There are two microwaves to heat food, and replacement towels and bottles of water are given every day. The room itself is very nice. Tatami mat floors and an all-plastic Japanese bathroom with a deep bath, and a toilet with bidet wash and warm seat. Very nice in winter!

Now, the hotel itself is definitely worth 4 stars. But I have to give 3 because of the location. The area is very poor and run-down with a lot of elderly residents on social assistance or living on the streets. When going out in the morning, there would be lots of broken glass from smashed "one-cup" sake bottles. There are two "100-yen karaoke bars" beside the hotel, one evening an old drunk man stumbled out and started urinating on the wall of our hotel next to the main entrance. When he saw I was looking at him, he yelled at me and started following me down the street to the convenience store, cursing about foreigners. There are two coin laundry nearby suggested by the hotel but they usually have some old men smoking in them, so the smell gets into the clothes. We ended up going to another coin laundry near the subway station.

Overall, the hotel is very nice, automated, and convenient for transport to JR Shin-Imamiya and Doubutsu-en Mae subway station and the Tsuutenkaku tourist area, but is maybe better for couples and not families with children. It's too bad as the staff are very nice and helpful.

汚い!違法?2度も来ない!!!

Terrible disgusting place!
When I first arrived, there was a big bug on the floor in front of my door. It was still there by the fourth day. So gross!

Furthermore, when I tried to go to the front desk to remind them, they were like threatening a poor Asian girl. It’s quite late in night but they lock the girl’s luggages unexpectedly. The girl had to pay at least 10,000 yen to unlock it. I have no idea what the girl did but their attitude were very bad and the girl looked like almost burst out into tears.

Unforgivable in anyways. People! Run as far as you can from here and this area!

The price is cheap but the quality is high. The room is very beautiful, neat and comfortable. It has free wifi, bed , bathroom, aircon, TV, small refrigerator, safety box, electric kettle. Especially, Japanese Tatami is on the floor. I like it. You must try!
