Wouldn’t Stay Again and don’t recommend
The only positives were that the rooms were okay and the location is quite central. But beyond that, this hotel really let us down — especially with the so-called "continental breakfast." They advertise it like it's a proper spread, but all they had was cornflakes, plain bread, and bacon. That’s it. No variety, no pastries, fruit, or yogurt — just some noodles and gyoza, which didn’t make sense for a continental option.
To make it worse no coffee or tea provided in the rooms but they had a kettle. Does not make any sense. Total rip off

Disappointed on this booking. Used trip.com to book my stay of 3pax in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. For this booking, it showed as super single twin bed hence I proceeded to book considering my daughter will always share my bed and it’s only for 1 night. Upon check in, they told me it’s for single occupancy and I have to pay additional yen4k for my 2 kids. Odd that why would the room have 2 beds for single occupancy? Bathroom is small with toilet bidet out of service.

Typical Japanese business hotel. A bit pricey for what you get but I figure it is because of the expo going on. Solid location for getting around. It was one of the cheaper hotels when I stayed. Friendly staff, breakfast, coffee, what else do you need?!

Nice experience in osaka trip. It is very convenient to everywhere.

Located in rougher seedy area, didn't feel safe going out in evenings. More homeless seen here than previous locations. Rooms similar size as other hotels but bathroom extremely small, several trip hazards to enter bathroom step up then down into ensuite. bath / shower required step over high bath edge. Staff in dining area not friendly or helpful, which has not been the case in all other hotels. Rooms also very noisy. Would never recommend this hotel or location.

Very near to Shin Imamiya and Dobutsuen-Mae stn. Easy to access the airport. Rooms are spacious enough.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!
how this hotel got its rating I’m bewildered ..
Firstly it’s noisey you cannot sleep .
Staff are not helpful at all , customer service is non existent.
The buffet breakfast is disgusting , there is no bread for toast , the condiments , butter etc is empty , the juice machine only comes out with water , ask for it to be filled and the repercussions from the staff is hostile. There is no hot water for tea and coffee , no sugar , no milk . Frozen dim sims, potato wedges and a scrambled egg that is put out early and will not be refilled .
This hotel looks fantastic on the outside , but if you’re taking hard earned money from travellers you need to do better.!!!!

Close to Shin-Imamiya Station, so very easy to catch up the train from/to the airport by both JR or Nankai Trains.
And also near the Metro Station, Don Donki, lots of restaurants and you can walk to Tsutenkaku tower/shinsenkai Area or Tennoji.
The Staffs were very helpful and service minds. We will be stay here again next time.
