Nice budget hotel that is fairly easy to find from the train station. Check in process was super easy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They have breakfast provided downstairs in the morning. We did not partake but it smelled amazing.

The rooms are exactly what you expect from a budget business hotel. Small, with luggage storage under the bed but it was super clean. There are not many outlets in the rooms, plan accordingly. Only true downside is that the rooms have the hardest beds I've ever slept in in my life. Like I imagine the carpeted floor had more cushion. So if you have bad back, maybe reconsider booking. Also note that this location is pretty close to a train station, you will hear trains for a good portion of the night. It did not bother us as we personally live adjacent to a set of tracks back home.

Good clean room, basic and standard. Decent location as well

A very good accommodation experience, great value for money. Very close to Osaka and Umeda. I've stayed in Toyoko Resort many times; it's clean and comfortable, I really like it. The location is also excellent, very convenient to go anywhere.

very good

The location was about a 10-15 minute walk from Umeda Station. Anyway, it wasn't too far from the station, which was nice. Since I only used it to sleep, there weren't any major inconveniences. Breakfast was also available.

The only inconvenience was that the elevator didn't come very often...??

There was only one elevator, so I remember waiting quite a bit.

The room was clean and very nice.

I chose this hotel because it's near Umeda, which helped reduce transportation costs. It seems to have the standard Toyoko Inn decor, which is a bit old-fashioned, but it was still a comfortable stay. The desk was large, perfect for placing belongings or working. This was the only hotel on my trip that didn't allow early check-in, but they did give me the room card in advance, which was a bit odd.

Great location, kind and helpful staff.
The only caveat is that the walls are extremely thin, so you can't really have much of a conversation.

The breakfast changed daily and was delicious! The front desk service was also excellent. It's very close to the Umeda shopping area, which was convenient for shopping, and we could store our luggage. Even after checking out, we could still leave our bags while doing some last-minute shopping around the area.

Great location, friendly staff, very little amenities.

Picked this hotel for its location and price. Check in and out process is relatively simple with the machine.

Got a single room for a couple of night, the area is lovely, next to the convenience store and the metro station with easy walking distance to many restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast changes daily and it provides the container to pack up to the room for eating based on your preference. The room provideds most that you need thou some amenities are missing.

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
