Overall, everything is nice and clean.
The location is great: two stations are nearby—JR and Keikyu. There are two donkey shops, drug stores, a convenience store, even a Book Off, and so on.
And of course, it's a 20-minute direct flight to Haneda.
The facilities are a little old, but overall I had a comfortable stay.
There was black mold where the water came out of the shower head, which was a bit of a concern in terms of cleaning. I'd be happy if that could be improved.
It was convenient that the amenities were available in front of the front desk.
