The hotel was very clean! The room wasn't small either, and the bathroom was spotless with a separate shower and toilet, which was a nice touch. It's about an 8-minute walk to the subway station. There are convenience stores and drugstores nearby, which was really handy!

I've always loved this hotel, the location is great. It's very convenient to get anywhere from the subway station, and it's also easy to get to the airport. However, this time the hygiene felt a bit lacking.

5kins walk from Tamachi station, near a lot convenience store and supermarket. Near a mall with lots of food options.

Bonus: a street with full of Sakura, breakfast with a view as well.

Have always enjoyed staying at this hotel as the rooms are clean, toilet is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Rooms are small (common for japanese business hotels) but they have what you need. Toiletries & ammenities are available on 3rd floor (reception floor) in disposable packets. Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel are provided in room. Location is about 9mins walk to Tamachi station & 14 mins to Mita station, with multiple konbinis, a supermarket and food options in the area. Hotel receptionist’s body language and attitude can do better.. she seemed very hurried & impolite about everything when theres nobody else to serve.

This hotel is a convenient 5-6 minute walk from JR Tamachi Station, and it's completely barrier-free, even with luggage. The front desk is on the third floor, where you can check in and out using self-service machines, which also have Chinese language options. On the third floor, coffee and tea are provided, and besides toothbrushes and cotton swabs, some basic skincare products are also available. The front desk staff were friendly and offered necessary assistance. The hotel's location is quiet yet central, making for a very peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. The guest rooms are standard Japanese style, with the advantage of having a very spacious bathroom.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, with complimentary essentials available at the front desk. Hygiene: Extremely clean, with meticulous attention to detail during every cleaning. Environment: The surrounding amenities are excellent, with a subway station and supermarket within walking distance. Service: Very professional.
