The location is super convenient for both transport and daily necessities, plus there's an amusement park right next door, which my kids absolutely loved! We happened to be there during a concert, so the area was packed and really lively. The room itself was also very spacious.

The place was so nice. The room was a decent size and really clean. The location was amazing. A lot of food and entertainment options nearby. The breakfast was very delicious. Staff were friendly. The view from my room was excellent.

I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is super convenient for transportation and shopping, and it's easy to get to other attractions. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

I stayed at the Tokyo Dome Hotel from January 31st to February 3rd, 2026. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tokyo Dome, and it's just a 3-5 minute walk to either the subway or JR station. The lobby is spacious, and check-in and check-out are handled conveniently via self-service machines. Compared to other hotels in Japan, the rooms here are quite roomy and bright. We booked a twin room, and it was a very generous 33 square meters. The hotel features transparent glass observation elevators, offering views of the Tokyo Skytree. Do note that room prices at this hotel fluctuate significantly based on events at Tokyo Dome, with rates potentially doubling or more.

This hotel is huge, but there's basically no service. Honestly, it's not as good as the experience you get at smaller hotels. For check-in, they just direct you to a machine to input your details yourself. And I had to enter all my personal information in English. What if someone isn't good at English? After checking in, I found out my room was right next to the elevator, which was really noisy at night. My luggage was already unpacked, and it was too much hassle to pack it all up again just to switch rooms. The elevator going up and down really made a lot of noise.

The room was fantastic, with a direct view of the Dome, perfect for staying when attending concerts. There were even fan events when Lady Gaga performed! Luggage storage is available. The service was excellent.

Great value for money! The room was spacious, clean, and even had music in the bathroom. It's super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Plus, you get a discount at the Ferris wheel downstairs by showing your room key. It's rare to find such a large triple room in Japan. Definitely worth it! I'll be back again...

If you're attending a concert, this is definitely the place to stay. It's incredibly convenient. The subway station is just a couple of steps away, and there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, Starbucks, and other amenities downstairs. If you don't mind a short walk, there are even more subway lines available within about 10 minutes, making it a quick 20+ minute ride to Ginza, Shinjuku, and Omotesando.

While the room's fixtures and fittings are a bit dated, they are very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. For Tokyo, this room is quite spacious, and the hotel staff are very friendly.

Went there for the Lady Gaga concert. The hotel's location is excellent, with great amenities nearby. It's definitely the top choice for anyone attending an event at Tokyo Dome.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the room and the location was good too. The staff provided excellent service. However, I found the in-room lighting wasn't very functional and the air conditioning wasn't intelligent enough. The shower control was too close to the pipes, making it easy to accidentally get scalded, and there were no warning signs.

It is a very comfortable, clean hotel ...
I arrived with my family without a reservation, it was an unexpected situation, but I followed the good reference that this hotel has on the internet and it really is true. I asked please to be attended in English because I don't know the Japanese language very well, and it was a great help ... breakfast is included from 6 am to 10:00 am ... it is a basic continental breakfast.

I’m check-in here on Nov.2019. Hotel look like a renovate. Room very hot and cannot open window because they repair and wrapped window outside. I go down to tell employee but they cannot do anything. I booking for 3 night but stay just 2 and i leave.
