Henn na Hotel Tokyo Haneda in Tokyo

Check-in late from airport after midnight. The check-in process was overall smooth, though we were greeted by few automated robot.
The free shuttle bus was really punctual.
Room.was small but good enough for us to rest well. Very clean, compact and comfy.

The location is convenient, close to the subway station, making it easy to get to Haneda Airport. Self check-in was very easy – just follow the steps. Although the room was small, it was perfectly sufficient for a short trip. There's a free shuttle bus, but we didn't use it during our stay. There's a yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant near the hotel; I'd recommend ordering à la carte rather than getting the buffet.

I have a strong connection with this Henn na Hotel near Haneda; I've stayed here multiple times. Whenever I fly to Tokyo on an afternoon flight, I almost always choose this hotel. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from Haneda Terminals 2 and 3, which is a huge plus. Although the room size isn't large, it's still comfortable enough for two people. This time, I opted for a room with a heated mattress pad under the bed, which was incredibly cozy. The self-service check-in and check-out process is also very convenient.

This is a great hotel with a free shuttle service , convinient check in and an attractive overall design. The room size is quite spaciois for Tokyo , making it well worth the price

Arrived at the hotel before check in time. The airport shuttle was on time, found the pick up timetable on their official website. When we arrived at the hotel, we were not able to check in yet, had to drop off luggage at the hotel. But the luggage storage area was full, luckily the hotel staff walked past and was able to help us store our luggage safely.
We went out after dropping off our luggage, the walk to the metro station was around 5-10 minutes. Streets were quiet along the way.
We returned at night to check in. Assisted by the robot and dinosaurs at the self check in counter. Check in was fuss free. There was no staff manning the counter. But there was a phone next to the counter to contact the staff if any issues encountered. We used the phone to contact the staff to collect our luggage after checking in. Amenities were placed in the shelf next to the lift lobby.
Booked a room for 3 pax. Was given a corner room with 3 beds. Room was small, had to find ways to open 3 luggages. No TV in the room, but there was a projector, managed to connect our mobile devices to the projector to watch shows. Only issue we had was that there wasn’t enough plugs in the room.
Check out process was also done through the self service counter. Shuttle bus back to the airport was quite crowded in the morning. But the interval was short.

The room is quite big for Japanese room standards. It's easy to navigate to this hotel. Halal food is nearby. All facilities are provided including pajamas. The check-in process is easy because of self check-in and there is a dinosaur as a receptionist. Bed was comfy enough for us. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Haneda but if you want to take the train, it only takes 10 minutes.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The location is perfect. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Near keikyu line station. Combined toilet and bathroom. Bidet abit for small for big size people.

Short walk from Otorii station and convenience store near by. Shuttle bus service available. If you missed the bus, you can get to Haneda Airport by train. I will use it again. Recommended.
