Our family of four (2 adults and 2 children, ages 12 & 15) had an incredible stay at Hotel Pasela Living. If you are traveling as a family in Japan, you know how hard it can be to find space, but this hotel was a total game-changer! The Room: The family room was huge—not just by "Japan standards," but genuinely spacious. It was such a relief to have plenty of room to move around after a long day of exploring. We stayed here as our base for our first few days in Tokyo, and it was perfect. Amenities & Experience: Seamless Check-in/Out: The self-check-in and check-out experience was lovely and very efficient, which we appreciated after our flight. Thoughtful Extras: We loved the amenities available for pick-up and the provided night dresses. Breakfast: Breakfast is a short 5-minute walk away at the Balian Hotel, which was a nice way to start our mornings. Staff & Logistics: The staff was very helpful whenever we reached out. They were especially great with our luggage forwarding (Takkyubin) to Kyoto, making our transition to the Shinkansen incredibly easy. Location: The hotel is perfectly situated in Shinjuku, just a short walk from Higashi-Shinjuku Station. It was a breeze to get to places like Akihabara, Shibuya, and even DisneySea by private SUV. We truly enjoyed our "Family Adventure" here and would highly recommend Hotel Pasela Living to any family looking for comfort and convenience in Tokyo!

Everything about this hotel (really it’s more of an experience) is above excellent. The kids thought it was awesome and I (a grown man of 47) thought it was too but for entirely different reasons. I’m 6’4” and the room fit me. It has karaoke and face masks and 100 other random things no other hotel has. Why does it have free face masks with placenta goo? No idea! But my daughter took 7. Book this hotel because I’ve been all over the world and never seen one with as much personality and odd character as this one.

Family of 5. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Quite spacious for Tokyo standards. Very clean. Laundry and bathroom was seperate to kitchen and sleeping area which was great. Nice little balcony. Room cam with water, OJ and ice cream daily. Location was easy walking distance to Shinjuku nightlife.

Cleanliness was average, a little disappointing that room cleaning was limited to towel replacement and trash collection.
Although the bathroom bathtub was nice with massage and TV, there were traces of cigarette burns on the edge of the bathtub.
The continuous supply of drinks and ice cream is worth praising, and coffee and tea bags can also be obtained for free in the basement.
The hotel is not located in the center of Shinjuku. It takes 20 minutes to walk from the main station, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the nearby Toei Line station.

One set is reserved for one floor.
It was the best. I will definitely go again.
It has both a large TV and a large screen, so it's great for watching DVDs.
I brought Switch and Dock and had a good game & cooking with my friends.

The kitchen is a family-type refrigerator, a 3-neck IH, an oven, a Tefal frying pan and pot, an electric kettle for powdered milk, a tiger kettle that quickly heats the water, and tableware for children.
There are cape for feeding, diapers, picture books, etc.
The bath is really large because it's a Varian series, and it has a TV, and it's amazing to have hair cream, face cream, body cream, cleansing, etc.! !!
The washing machine was a drum type washer-dryer, and I was able to dry thick denim and hoodies well, so I didn't have to bring clothes. (Pajamas are in the lobby)
Anyway, it's wide, clean and stylish.
If you take the elevator from Higashi-Shinjuku Station, it will be a straight road, so it is easy for people with strollers and carry.
I think it's the best for mom meetings.

The all-you-can-eat ice cream is really all-you-can-eat, so I'll attach a photo.

Ideal for mommies! Ice, drink (orange juice, water, etc.) will follow. There is also a tableware for children, and there are a range and an electric kettle. There is enough space at the entrance of the room to place several strollers. Because it is one room on each floor, you can spend it without hesitation.
