It was my first time staying here. I was with my 1.5-year-old child, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The front desk staff was from overseas, and it was clear they had studied Japanese extensively, as their service was excellent. We were able to get help early in the morning, and the staff were incredibly kind. The room was also very comfortable, and I think it was a great memory for my child, as it was his first overnight stay. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Tidy little Tokyo hotel in a great location in between Ueno and Arkihabra
Lovely staff, especially Seria and her colleagues on the front desk.

Traveling with kids, this hotel is actually quite convenient. However, this particular location in Tokyo was genuinely dirty. The bedsheets felt like they hadn't been changed from the previous guest; I felt itchy sleeping on them, and there was a lot of hair in the duvet. It really wasn't clean.

I stayed at MIMARU once with a family and it was very good during my stay, so this time I stayed at this hotel. This is the right answer! I had a wonderful experience at UENO OKACHIMACHI. The room was clean and I could cook in the kitchenette, which was very satisfying. I would like to stay here again!
