HOTEL K5 in Tokyo

The room's ambiance was superb. I loved the high ceilings, the absence of an unnecessary TV, and how a record was already playing when I entered. However, the shower room's water consistently overflowed onto the floor, so I had to use a bath towel to block it.

The location is very good, with many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The room is comfortable, featuring a minimal design.

The hotel and room is very design-oriented, offering different experience from the typical chain hotel design. Worth staying for the experience itself.

The staff are attentive. Despite its small size with limited facilities, the service and program offered make up for a pleasant stay.

I was able to spend a relaxing and luxurious time in a stylish space.
There were many stylish cafes nearby, so I enjoyed strolling around.

The hotel is very stylish. I stayed on the fourth floor, with a 5-meter ceiling, which was a nice touch.
All drinks and snacks in the minibar are free, but refills are charged on the day (the staff made sure to take care of this, but isn't that the norm?).
The hotel's cleanliness was a bit lacking; it wasn't particularly clean, and there were some water stains on the floor.
The door only had a deadbolt lock, not a latch or chain, which felt like a slight security issue.
The room also had an LP player, which played some vinyl and could be connected to a speaker via Bluetooth. It was quite nice, and the soundproofing was acceptable.
There was construction going on on the road next to the hotel, so I could still hear some of it. However, the hotel manager provided a notice in the room explaining the construction.
The hotel is in a good location, right at the Nihonbashi entrance, offering easy access to many places.

There are many power outlets in the room. There is one at the bedside. The refrigerator is small, it doesn't have an auto-lock so I forget to close it, and the noise of people entering and leaving the rooms around me is a little annoying. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about in the room. There is a convenience store right next to it.

A hotel that is easy to stay at when you stop at the convenience store at the station. The large public bath was relaxing in both the new and old buildings at night and in the morning. The room had a block bath, but I chose the bath. Considering that you can stay in the same price range as a large hotel, we highly recommend this hotel near Tokyo Station.

My workplace is in Tokyo, so when I'm late I can only stay here. After all, it's a Japanese-style room and a big public bath. It's useful.

The room is very distinctive, with great space and design. Although the location is in the alley. But it is very conveniently located to the subway.
There are three options for breakfast (room, first floor of the hotel, nearby cafe), all of which are worth a try.
The only thing I want to say is that the shower floor is full of dangers, with too many height differences, which makes people feel very insecure and easy to get hurt. It is dangerous and not suitable for the elderly and children. I hope the hotel will seriously evaluate ways to improve it.

The room design is very stylish, and the Tokyo Stock Exchange is across the hotel. However, the breakfast is so bad that it is inedible.
