The room was spacious and the location was convenient for getting around, especially to Haneda Airport. The only downsides were the incredibly difficult-to-use elevator and finding a pile of trash when I opened the elevator door on the first day. It was already 3 PM, and the area still hadn't been cleaned.

The location is fantastic, very close to the subway station and T-CAT, and the area around is super lively. Plus, there's a free sports field right next door, which is a great bonus. When I first checked in, it felt incredibly humid, which was quite unpleasant, and the floors didn't seem clean enough. However, the staff were very enthusiastic and had excellent English skills.

I felt very secure with the hotel's entrance access control. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. They even provided travel routes for guests. Plus, there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which is really handy. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Undoubtedly excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke good English. The quadruple room we stayed in had a good location and we could cook. The most important thing is the great location; the hotel is right next to the Hanzomon and Hibiya lines, making transportation very convenient.

Very convenient hotel for families. The rooms are large, super comfortable with two kids. The only thing missing is a washing machine, like we had in Kyoto.

This small hotel was spacious and in great location. Do note that the dryers as with most dryers in hotels in Japan are low in temperature so you may have to dry your clothes for at least 2 hours. Hotel staff are friendly and speak English which makes our trip smooth and enjoyable.

This hotel is on par with a domestic budget hotel, but it's much cleaner. The in-room kitchen was quite convenient. The soundproofing in the room was just average. The hotel's location is decent, about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. It's very convenient for getting to the airport, but there are practically no amenities around the hotel itself.

Loved the room, it has ample space for a family of four and made packing our shopping easy. TCAT was near so it made travelling to the airports hassle-free. Closest station is Suitengumae of the Hanzomon Line, and Ningyoncho is really close by too. Attached is a picture of a fish Yakitori place at Ningyongcho called Uokushi, which I highly recommend for dinner and a beer. Service was top notch as well.
