The hotel is a bit of a walk from Tokyo Station, but closer to Kyobashi Station. The cleanliness and facilities are good, and the front desk offers self-service amenities like facial masks and cleansers. My only complaint is that they initially put us in a noisy room, which felt like it was next to the electrical room. There was a constant buzzing sound that bothered my eardrums. I even remember the room number: 1114. We immediately reported it to the front desk, and they moved us to another room. Although it was on a lower floor, at least there was no noise, and we were quite satisfied with the stay. They even provided a special slipper set (slippers and a small washcloth) for the kids.

The location is great, right near Kyobashi Station. Just be aware that check-out is at 11 am, and there's a charge if you stay later.

Extremely convenient location, very close to Tokyo JR Station. The hotel is clean and there are many shops and dining options nearby. It's within walking distance to the Bank of Japan for visits, and you can also pop into the Currency Museum on the way.

The location is fantastic, even better than I expected for getting to Ginza or catching trains from Tokyo Station to other cities. Plus, it offers great value for money and consistent quality.

The location is super convenient, right by the Ginza Line entrance. It's only a 5-8 minute walk to the JR station, and there's a shopping area with plenty of food options right across the street. Ginza is also just a short walk away. It's a bit of a shame the hotel doesn't have a hot spring. There's a 7-Eleven and a Komeda's Coffee downstairs, which is handy.

The surroundings are awesome because it's around the office area. I felt so comfy inside and outside hotel.
It's very convenience since 7eleven is on first floor. The lobby is on 3rd floor.
For family with kids, you can bring 2 kids max age 12 or lower for twin bed rooms.
Otherwise, email the hotel, They will reply immediately.
Overall, I will stay here again in the future for tokyo accommodation. It's very close to tokyo station and kyobashi station is exactly 30 meters away from this hotel.

Location is great, near Tokyo Station (abt 5min walk). There is also underpass along with food street linking from Tokyo station to nearby exit. There is a 7-11 downstairs, making it v convenient to buy snacks etc. Plenty supply of facial masks, foot massage patches etc at Level 3 to choose. Room is clean, but need to paste the sticker outside the door for room service by 10am, else they won’t clean the room.
One thing to improve, the rubbish needs to be put exactly inside the rubbish bin so the cleaner will clean them. Those dropped outside, the cleaner will not remove.
Overall good hotel, highly recommeded.

My stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Kyobashi Premier was flawless. Every category deserves a perfect score.

I traveled with friends, and the hotel perfectly suited our needs for exploring Tokyo. The rooms were comfortable, and the premier touches made it feel like a great value.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo!

Decided last minute (bought tickets at 11 AM for a 1:35 PM flight) and paid a huge premium! This is my second time bringing the kids to Tokyo. On the first night, it took us ages to find the hotel; even the navigation couldn't pinpoint its exact location. We booked three nights on the fly and were assigned a room in the corridor, directly opposite another building's window. It was so dim, the kids couldn't even study. As soon as we entered, there was a loud electrical buzzing sound from the bathroom. After complaining, we were shown a lower-floor room, but ultimately decided to just stick with what we had. The male staff member was quite nice, though! Because it was so late, we just bought salads, meat, shrimp, fish, and instant noodles. The instant noodle cups and other containers didn't fit in the trash can, and as a result, housekeeping didn't touch them for days. They also didn't bother to clear out the small bags in the bathroom. This housekeeping staff certainly has an easy job! Also, due to various health reasons, we extended our stay in the morning. The price was 1388.4, which was 150 yuan higher than the evening rate. Ctrip was quite disappointing too!!

The location is excellent, right near Ginza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Given that Tokyo city center is so expensive, the room size is small, which is understandable compared to hotels in other cities. It's a chain hotel, so the service is great. It's clean and tidy, and you can grab toiletries from the lobby. There's also a self-service machine for check-out. Recommended!

Awesome location, comfy beds and room was big enough for 2 adults and one teen. We had 3 luggages and a huge box containing a bike frame. I was able to watch YouTube on the TV and the 7-11 on the ground floor was ideal. ❤️ this hotel
