Super nice location, not that spacious but more than enough since it’s in Tokyo and super close to Ueno Station and Family Mart.

Oh and the rubber duckie is a nice touch

Looked for an overnight option close to Ueno station and this place was perfect for it. Small room but with a good layout and all you need for a short stay. Very clean and organised.

The hotel has a great location, very close to Ueno Station and within walking distance to Asakusa. The front desk staff speak English well and were calm and genuinely helpful.
Although check-in starts at 2 PM, the hotel allows luggage storage, so we were able to leave our bags and go sightseeing while waiting to check in.

The location is decent, close to JR Ueno Station, but still a bit of a walk to the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby. The room space is very small; for two people, only one of our two suitcases (one large, one medium) could be opened. The shower room is tiny – if you're a bit on the larger side, you might struggle to sit on the toilet. Individual toiletries can be picked up at the front desk, which is a nice touch! There's also a microwave and washing machine available at the front desk.

The room was great, very clean and soundproof. A good night's sleep is the most important thing when traveling, and the location is also excellent, quite close to Keisei Ueno Station, which makes traveling to and from Narita Airport very convenient. Highly recommended!

There was blood on quilts. First time to see in Japan! Even considering it’s a budget hotel this is not acceptable. If you care about cleanness this is not a place for you.

The place is very convenient close to the Iriya Exit of Ueno station less than 10 min walk. The room is well designed with all facility - bed, tub, TV, fridge etc and good amenity. The check in / out is automatic by machine. Important the view is also good that you can see the sky tree tower a bit. Also a lot of restaurant / eating places and nearby convenience stores.
