The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. The facilities are comprehensive, and although the rooms are not huge, they are clean and tidy. The front desk staff provided good service. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay!

Stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room size was decent, allowing enough space to open luggage. All the amenities inside were thoughtfully arranged for convenience. The breakfast was also good. Plus, there's a direct subway line nearby to Haneda Airport, which is a huge plus. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

This hotel is really clean and super close to both the subway and JR stations. You can even open a 30-inch suitcase in the room. Everything was great, but the one thing that reinforced my stereotype of Japanese people was how rigid the staff were. They were very diligent, but incredibly inflexible. I arrived at 2 PM and asked if I could check in, but was told no. I sat in the lobby and they told me I couldn't sit there, so I had to go outside. At 2:55 PM, I asked again if I could check in, and the front desk still said no. Maybe I've just been lucky on my previous visits and haven't encountered this kind of issue before.

Location is great. It's not near a busy area like Shibuya or Shinjuku, and that's a great thing to avoid crowds and busy train stations. It's near two stations which will get you anywhere, including a direct access to Haneda airport in about 20 mins.

One thing I find ridiculous though is that for the 6 nights I stayed there, they gave me only one bottle of water. There was no water dispenser. Even when the room is cleaned each day, water is not given for the new night. I asked the staff where I could get more water, and the only thing he said was to buy from the hotel's vending machine (which doesn't take IC card payments). Never have I stayed at a hotel where I am forced to buy something as basic as water. There was also no sign or direction info from the staff that the tap water was drinkable. Absurd, to be honest.

The hotel's downtown location is perfect for first-time visitors to Tokyo. Their breakfast spread was surprisingly good with a decent variety of choices. I would definitely consider staying here again.

1. even though you stay the hotel for 2 or more days, the hotel would provide ONE complimentary bottle water only. You need to purchase bottle water from them or eleven seven next day.
2. no wake up service.
3. The staff is helpful.

Quiet and Good location near Hamamatsucho.Clean and spacious room.Monorail to Haneda 25 mins away.Good food and coffee nearby. 20 mins walk to Tokyo tower.
