Location was perfect, walking distance from all malls in ginza and couple of subway stations. Room was a bit small, but we knew that it's typical situation for hotels in Japan. Breakfast was not something we expected (just 4 types of soup) so we only tried it once during our 5 nights stay unfortunately.

This is an extremely convenient location that is nicely sandwiched between Hamamatsucho and Shimbashi stations -- meaning easy access to central Tokyo and Haneda airports. Rooms are very clean and bed was comfortable. I will use again if I need to be in the area.

First of all i want to say thank you to the girl on trainee, I didn’t have the chance to get her name but i would like to say thank you for helping me out finding a hotel because i landed a day earlier. I stayed here for 5 days on May 5, the room are clean, staff are VERY FRIENDLY and can communicate well, the location is at the back of another building so it’s tough to find it at first. 5-10mins to shimbashi station. 2 Convenience store close by maybe 3-4 mins walk, 15-18 mins walk to Tokyo tower. Overall a good hotel and quiet area. Would go back again

The location is great!!! Shinbashi Station, Daimon Station, and Hamamatsucho Station are all within a 10-minute walk. There's a Family Mart just a minute away, so it's easy to shop around for convenience stores. The room is small, but it's okay if you just want to sleep! I'd love to stay here again next time~~

I travel a lot for business. I dislike cookie cutter multinational chains. This location of APA Hotel in Shimbashi is an excellent property. The rooms are typical Japanese sized which is perfect after a long day at work. Well laid out with a desk space to work. The bed was comfortable. I will definitely return!

Not worth the money. Paying AUD222 per night but room is so small. Robe given in the room are torn. There are some marks on the sheets. Even paying such a high rate, hotel doesnt even let us check-in half an hour ealier. The tv in the room will keep telling you to leave when it’s checkout time. There’s only 1 lift and waiting time is long to go up&down. There’s also only 1 old washing machine and dryer. Doesnt clean & dry well because it’s so small and old. I also heard moaning voices so loud in the hallways and corridor even near to lift. Not a good place if you have kids. Disappointed.

Small but cozy room. Good cleanliness. Courteous staff. Good breakfast. Specially the Nepalese chef and her wife attended in a very friendly way. Close proximity to Ginza the shopping area. I recommend this economic hotel for someone to stay when they visit Tokyo.

Good staff service. Small room as expected in Tokyo. Bed was bit too soft for comfortable sleep for me. Bathroom tab (shower) didn't have much space for adjustment and shower curtain smelt a bit. But amenities were great.
