Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Nihombashi Mitsukoshimae in Tokyo

This was my second stay here. Overall, it's pretty good, though the location is a bit further from the subway than other places. The room was a bit small and there wasn't much space for luggage, but there's complimentary coffee and tea downstairs, which is a nice touch.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Although it is a little bit far from the station, everything else makes up for it. The room is quite small, but it is very well designed, clean, and thoughtfully equipped.

I was pleasantly surprised that the room even includes a hair dryer, hair styling tools (such as a hair straightener/curling iron), and various toiletries. Despite the compact size, everything you need is provided and arranged nicely.

Overall, it is a small but refined place to stay. For the price, I think it is definitely worth it, and I am very satisfied with my stay.

Good location, not far from the metro, staffs are nice, ypu have to pick the amenities at B level before going up to your room

Very near to few subway lines. Convenient to reach everywhere and easy to find food nearby. Nice hotel even a little small but clean and 24 hours checkin/out

It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The first time I went, I couldn't find the entrance and had to figure it out for a while. Turns out, the front desk is on the basement level, so you have to take an elevator down. The staff ladies were all very thoughtful and gentle. Self-service amenities are in a cabinet next to the front desk, with free coffee, candy, and other items, including pajamas. The front desk also offers mailing services and helped us send our luggage to our hotel in Osaka; we just paid on the spot. There are several convenience stores and many restaurants nearby, which is super convenient.

Clean and neat hotel in a quiet & convenient location. Not too far from the rail, nice neighborhood to walk around with many cafes nearby. Amenities were great and the room was spotless. Only downside was that the room was quite small but that's typical. Best deal I could find for a decent room in Tokyo with 2 beds! Window provided a good amount of light and the beds were comfortable and cozy.

I felt like I was given the wrong room. It was listed as 16m², but it felt nothing like the 16m² rooms I've stayed in at Osaka hotels. This hotel room is genuinely tiny, feeling more like 14m². I could only open one suitcase.

The service was good; they offer free luggage storage, and the front desk staff was excellent. The environment was also pleasant, with fresh air throughout the hotel. Do note that the lobby is underground. The nearest subway station is a bit of a walk.

They only empty the trash and replace towels daily; full room cleaning is only done every three days. The duvet was quite small and uncomfortable to sleep with, but the bed itself was very soft and comfortable.

If you don't mind the small space, I'd generally recommend it. However, I really feel like the front desk gave me the wrong room. Mine was so small, completely incomparable to what I've experienced in Osaka.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the train station. Accommodation is nice and comfortable enough. Cleaning needs to be separately requested to front desk.
