It's close to the downtown area, making it easy to find places to eat, but it can be a bit noisy outside at night.
The bathroom door had a strange design that brushed against the sink, which was a bit disappointing. It's fine for business use, though.

The room was bigger than expected, only the toilet was a bit small, but Japanese hotels do, so no way. But it was comfortable, so I will consider staying next time I come to Tokyo! The 2nd floor has free coffee, microwave, etc., early arrival can sit down and wait, supper can be downstairs lawson buy up to eat, very convenient. The staff is very nice although they work very according to the rules.

We booked two single rooms.
One room was cancelled two days prior.
We were able to pay on the day of arrival, and only for one room.
It was a lifesaver!

We also enjoyed the free breakfast and drinks.

I only stayed at the hotel and didn't order any meals. There were convenience stores within dozens of meters of the hotel, which was very convenient! It wasn't like a particularly noisy or chaotic area. It was also about 100 meters from Seibu Department Store and 200-300 meters from Ikebukuro Station, very convenient!

Completely ignore help request by visually impaired customer. Such service should be eliminated from the market.

Very good, the hallway is a little narrow but the room is very spacious, the air conditioning is very warm and comfortable ☺️

The location of the hotel is very convenient, but the elevator and the hallway to the room are both quite narrow, making it a bit difficult to move large luggage. Also, the soundproofing might be too weak for some people as there is an ambulance siren sound. Aside from these issues, everything else is OK. 👍

The room is quite spacious for a single bedroom, especially by Tokyo standards. It comes with complete amenities, including toiletries. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby, free to use, and complimentary breakfast is provided, bread, jam and butter. The receptionists were very helpful. They also provide luggage storage.

Very close to metro station. It is just opposite to Seibu book shop exit. Many food choice and coffee shop nearby. A convenience store is next door. Toilet is very small but the room is spacious. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Tokyo.
