The lobby‘s ’coffee is very bad, don't drink. It should be change, very disappointed.
Just only 1 washing machine, also it is not includes washing powder, not user friendly.

Great location, perfect for browsing ski gear. Akihabara is just a ten-minute walk away. There are two good parking spots right at the entrance, and hotel guests get a discount on parking. The room is small but clean, offering good value for money. I'd definitely choose this place again for future shopping trips.

This Tokyo trip's hotel completely exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, I felt the staff's incredible thoughtfulness throughout, and I definitely have to recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Tokyo!

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station. From there, you can easily reach popular areas like Ginza and Tokyo Station. There are also convenience stores, izakayas, and unique restaurants nearby, making late-night snacking or shopping incredibly convenient. The most pleasant surprise was how spacious the room felt for a Tokyo hotel. Through the floor-to-ceiling window, you could catch glimpses of the city, and the natural light was excellent. Inside, the amenities were comprehensive – the Simmons mattress was soft and comfortable, washing away all travel fatigue. The double basin design and bathtub with a temperature display were incredibly thoughtful, showing attention to detail everywhere. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust in any corner, and the bedding and bathroom supplies had a fresh scent. The complimentary portable WiFi had a stable signal, allowing me to stay connected and navigate easily while out and about.

Regarding hygiene, it was just average. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly, though I ended up not using the hotel's toilet anyway... Other areas, like the bedding, were fine.

In terms of service, the staff were friendly and communicative in English.

Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient. Akihabara, Todai (Tokyo University), Tokyo Station, and the Imperial Palace are all within a 20-30 minute walk. There are also four subway lines right outside the door, offering plenty of transport options.

The soundproofing was just okay.

Convenient location with easy access to the subway station, less than 50 meters away, and just one stop from Tokyo Station.
Breakfast is served buffet-style, but the selection is somewhat limited due to the limited seating space in the lobby.

Overall experiences is alright however we approached the receptionist and being told that the room only heater setting and unable adjust to air cooler caused to coughing and dry throat during our stay.

The hote is perfect for tourists, especially if traveling with family. It is situated in a prime location. The hotel is clean and well-maintained.

The room isn't big, but it's well-designed and basically has everything you need. The cleanliness is excellent, really spotless. There are several great izakayas around the hotel, highly recommended.

The bedding was clean, and it was very quiet. The location is fantastic, right next to a subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere.
