The hotel offers both non-smoking and smoking rooms. If you don't have a strong preference, you might want to check availability for both. My friends and I had a bit of a mix-up with our dates this time, and we unexpectedly found a smoking room available for one night. We were originally planning to book a non-smoking room for six days, but because of this, we ended up splitting our booking. It turned out to be much cheaper than booking the full six days straight, as there was no non-smoking room available for one of the days, but no smoking room for the others. Plus, the hotel staff kindly arranged for us to stay in the same room for all six days without having to switch! 🥰🥰🥰 So grateful!

Convenient location, close to Shibuya by subway, in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff (kind to give me a free upgrade) and clean room.

I came back after two months, and the hotel still has a great environment, very convenient transportation, and excellent service attitude. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance!

The room was a bit small, but there's a convenience store right downstairs and the subway station is only a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient.

It was close to the subway station and the price was cheap.
It was convenient because there was a sushi restaurant, a delicious ramen restaurant, and a supermarket nearby.
But the bathroom is a bit small.

This is my second time to stay this hotel. Although the room is small but this is just nice for a couple. I am really love this hotel location as it is not a busy city of Tokyo and also not far from Tokyo. At the same time, the hotel street along come with many types of local authentic restaurants as well as the hotel downstairs do have Lawson. Highly highly recommended this hotel!!!
