During a work trip to Japan, our good customer picked this place for us to stay. The place is clean, friendly and affordable. There is a family mart and a 7 Eleven at a walking distance if you ever need anything quickly. Also, there is a McDonald’s about 2 minutes walking from it. Very friendly hotel, clean, and pretty quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast buffet was decent. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean and had all we needed.
The mattress is quite firm (a little too firm for me) and the room was a little warm and wouldn't get cooler even when I turned the thermostat down.

The service attitude is very good. The location is slightly remote, close to the Harry Potter Studios. I stayed here to go to the studio. The area is very similar to the Japan in Ultraman when I was a child. It is very quiet and clean. The room is quite big.
Although it is old, the facilities are sufficient.

This hotel was amazing. Everything about it is good. I was at this hotel for 2 nights of my tour in Japan, first night which was 29/03/23 and final night which was 05/04/23. I feel like I got the same room for both of my stays, 511. The bathroom was very spacious. The Wi-Fi was not that bad, 30 minutes to upload a 3GB video to YouTube. We didnt have the correct power adapters for this power points and the staff at reception were very generous in giving 3 adapters to us. The nearest metro station is Hikarigaoka on the Toei Subway Lines, a nice 10 minute walk away. It's super close to 7 Eleven and a FamilyMart so if you want to buy some food outside of the hotel's eating hours, there's no issue with that.

The service attitude at the front desk was good. An uncle was the receptionist that day. His English was not very good but he was able to communicate.
When we left, we asked the front desk for directions, and even though we didn't understand the language, they guided us and gave us a map.
The location is really very remote. It's a short distance from the subway. The last bus leaves very early. I suggest you check in early. Otherwise, it's better to take a taxi.

This hotel is the only one in Hikarigaoka, Nerima, Tokyo, so there is not much competition and lack of motivation.
The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Hikarigaoka Station, which is quite convenient.
The room price is not expensive and the price-performance ratio is good.
There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, both of which are expensive. It is recommended not to eat in the hotel.
But the hotel staff is really good. Because I want to renew the room for 2 days, the front desk staff kindly suggested that I book online, and it was almost half the price of booking on site. This is really for the customers.
