Breakfast is good delicious and variety.The food make by order is good and delicious.The location is near the metro Baikunor station.

The hotel is very accessible to metro station, it is clean and very accommodating staffs.

Good service, good location

I stayed at this hotel for two nights to catch a tour bus that arrived in front of the hotel at 4:30 AM. I informed the front desk the day before that I'd be up early, and they gave me a sandwich the next day, which I was very grateful for. I had breakfast on the second day, and it was delicious. Cafe lattes and other items were charged extra. The room had a heater by the window. It was hot, so I wanted to turn it off, but I couldn't figure out how. Bathrobes were kept in the closet for each guest. My bathrobe had blood on it, so it wasn't exactly clean. It wasn't bad enough to call the front desk, so I hung it in the bath for them to see, but it was left there on the second day without being changed, which was disappointing. The hair dryer would stop working if used for a long time, but would turn back on after a while. They also helped by storing my luggage after check-out.

I chose this hotel because of its great location, reviews of its helpful staff and its value for money. They succeeded on all levels. Rooms are basic, but everything is clean and works. The upgraded me to a Deluxe King on my second visit which was nice. The included breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the restaurant/bar is open all day with a good variety. Of local and western dishes. The shiny new metro is a one block walk. The Super Magnum Grocery store is 5 blocks. No mater what request I made of the front desk staff, they came through. I needed to find a taxi driver for a 6-hour one-way cross-border trip to Kyrgyzstan, and they came through. I was very impressed, and thankful.
