Its value for money. While i booked the hotel i was confused about some negative reviews but when i stayed there, i understood that its good, not bad, value for money we give. Dont expect big but good for family looking for budget and decent stay

Very reasonably priced, close to downtown, spacious room, overall clean (sheets could be a bit better), they clean up the rooms every other day, supermarket downstairs but they don’t accept card unfortunately, friendly staff, water available in the hallway, 24 hour security, AC works well, pillows are comfy. No complaints, great deal.

Last-minute booking only because they accept VISA — but a disappointing stay.
Issues faced:
• 🚽 Dirty washroom – not maintained at all
• ❌ Flush not working – extremely inconvenient
• 💨 Hair dryer not working – useless appliance in room
• 💡 Mirror in washroom but poor lighting – almost impossible to use
• ☕ Two cups in the room but no kettle or any beverage facility
• 😷 Rooms had a bad smell – unpleasant throughout the stay
• 🔓 Windows cannot be locked
✅ The only positive: Bedsheets were clean.

Rooms Carpets are very dirty, Rooms smells bad. Room size is reasonable but A/Cs in the rooms are not working. I had three room for my family but it was a not worth living there. Only the location is good.

Good location and this is only one adventage of this place.
Big disadventage are cockroaches and dirtiness.
Hotel Staff fake that they don't know what is happening there.
I do not reccomend.

The hotel is located in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. Nearby there is a Globus supermarket. Our room 303 is spacious and large, with two single beds, chairs, a table, a minibar, 2 water, a refrigerator, a TV, a balcony, a bathrobe and a dryer, and the bathroom is a medium size with a water hose, toiletries and a toothbrush, the breakfast is varied. ( look at the pictures )

0.000 for the quality of service. The reception should have a person with a warm face and able to communicate with people properly. I went on 3/08 around 7 in the evening. As for the room, it was not cleaned at all. The dirt and dust on the carpet is unbearable. I will not mention the curtains at all. The light has changed from the dirt. The bathroom toilet is also very dirty. The sweaters do not light properly. All the sockets do not work. The sockets are exposed. The air conditioner does not work. In a word, it is a closed hotel.

Toilet needed repairs a couple of times during our one night stay, inattentive and unfriendly staff, cockroachesin bathroom.
