I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Be careful with this hotel! The hotel is located in the basement. The room has no air conditioning or heating. The biggest problem, however, was that the front desk clerk opened my door in the middle of the night! The front desk has access codes for every room. Even though the system clearly showed that the room was occupied, she still thought it was a great idea to show my room to some guy in the middle of the night. When I went to the front desk, I was met with an explanation that it was her first day on the job. A tip: if you have a new employee who doesn’t know how to use the system, don’t let them walk around alone! I had to insist on having the codes changed, but I still didn’t feel safe. I didn’t receive any compensation for this situation. Additionally! The hotel is rented by the hour. I’m guessing they don’t have a spa, just massages of a different kind. A very dangerous place for solo travelers, especially women. An absolute disgrace, and it’s a shame that places like this still exist. For breakfast, there was oatmeal made with water and black tea.

The hotel is in a semi-basement, so the only light in the rooms comes from a small window. Everything is spotless, and my room was large, but it didn't have a television, and the furniture was worn. Breakfast is limited to a sausage, an egg, and a slice of tomato with bread. The area is quiet and well-located, and the staff are friendly and honest, although I regret to say that any traveler accustomed to the usual fare in a typical 3-star European hotel won't feel comfortable here.

The location is great, close to the center, opposite a great restaurant. The staff is very helpful, thank you very much for that. Breakfast served in the room. I would definitely appreciate the lack of air conditioning, because the room was in the basement, so it wasn't completely hot, but you couldn't close the window and that was a shame because of the noise from the street. I definitely don't recommend the massage, which is quite expensive and not that it was completely bad, but it's definitely not worth the money.

Good staff, good service, I suggest

I don't recommend it at all. They don't know what service is. The girl Sandra is ruder than the women on the benches. The girls are inexperienced. They don't know how to properly help you relax. The two-hour program is a waste of money.
