Apart from the location it didn't have anything good. You could hear the sound from all other rooms. Rooms are too small .

Room is large size. Bed quality is just okay. Also bed is not large size but fine for two people. Matter is very thin Room wall made by using wooden so other rooms sound can been listened. Staff is nice and kind they helpful. Window is large and have sun light. Air conditioning is working perfect. Also have heater. Bathroom is just basic. Have hot and cold water. TV is also working fine. WiFi internet...

This hotel isn't close to the center of Almaty, but it is a really nice place to stay at a decent price. It's the most comfortable place I stayed in the city, with air conditioning and an actual double bed with a soft mattress. If you're looking for comfort and don't mind taking a trip to get to the city, I recommend this place.

Great hotel! Delicious English breakfast! The only thing was that there was no TV in the room, but it didn't disappoint!

The room was renovated but smelled 🚬. It wasn't really clean, there was hair under the sheets and in the bathtub. They gave us clean white sheets (though there were some ingrained stains, as you know how they show on white). We paid 12,000 rubles for this 3-bed room 🌙. The handwashing sink is very small, and you can't fill a 2-liter bottle of water for the trip.

Nice place. Kind staff. Wifi not so strong (at least on 3rd floor). Hot water, sauna, clean toilets and sheets, towels. Food is ok, not the best (steak at least was dry). Close to sky.

The very best place in town! For 9000 tenge you get a double room with private bathroom and breakfast, that’s a good deal! The staff is very friendly, and owner very helpful and speaks perfect English and can help you with anything. Perfect place to stay in the way to china or to see the local mosque 🕌

I stayed in this hotel for two days. The first day's room was small but clean, the second day I stayed in a different room, it was quite big and clean as well. For the price service and amenities are really good, breakfast is included. They speak in Russian and Kazakh language mostly, our experience is good at least. It's so close to the Mosque ( Meschit)

Such an excellent, clean and quiet place! We stayed at a deluxe room, which has a spacious living area adjoined to the bedroom. For 12 000 KZT, it was an incredible value. Breakfast included in price.

Excellent hotel right near centre of town. Rooms clean, air conditioning and shower works, breakfast was good. Host was friendly but we needed Google Translate. We would recommend this hotel. Good Value.

I stayed only one night but it is a really good hotel. The rooms are good and the breakfast is nice. The staff are also very kind people. I forgot my passport in a room (after they offered a free room upgrade!) and they managed to send my passport to Almaty. Their kindness saved me loads of time and worries. Very recommended!

Everything I needed for a lay over in the airport. Slept well, in a quite futuristic capsule with clean sheets and good ventilation. They offer a shower room, but for the toilet you have to go use the airport’s, which is very close and it’s always clean, so it wasn’t a problem at all. I think it’s so fair priced for the convenience, I’d definitely recommend.

It's on international airport terminal, extreme corner on ground floor (here they say it first floor). Receptionist was quite helpful in guiding to location, on WhatsApp. Nice spacious capsule beds with basic facilities. Good to rest for layover.

Would probably do it again, good option if you're in transit and you need to catch a few hours of sleep. However, my capsule had a malfunction where all the lights went on multiple times during my stay, robbing me of that much needed sleep. Please fix that! 😅

The host did an excellent job ! They delivered ice to my room! The breakfast was really bland,however good service made up for that! ....They made effort to accommodate us in English.Overall a nice, decent room.

The rooms are large, clean, and everything works. I arrived a little late at the dining room and was seated at a dirty table! I never went there again. There's a "bar" across the street where you can grab a quick shashlik snack.
