Good breakfast spread and the terrace mountain view where the breakfast is served is amazing. I would be back for these 2 reasons. The shower is sometimes hot sometimes cold. Hard to adjust. Always my go-to hotel. The rooms are spacious, and it offers good value for money. Breakfast is decent. However, they really need to improve their hygiene and disinfection practices.

Nice hotel but few things can get better  1. No well marked or information for reception desk location, need to ask around for directions. 2. The shower’s temperature changing quickly from hot to cold alternatively. 3. Window blocked by safety staircases, the manager refused to switch room. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay even they over charge me taxi fees.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions. The view from the window was beautiful, and the restaurant on the top floor offered a glimpse of distant snow-capped mountains in the morning. The breakfast selection was extensive. the breakfast is good, there're fruit, varies of cheese, varies of smoke ham (including horse meat), dessert, varies of drinks (2 kind of juice, milk, tea, coffee), eggs, breads, salad and they start the breakfast time at 7.00 am. (in the last day, we take away the breakfast because we have to go to the airport and they gave us sandwich and apple). and dinning table have indoor and outdoor room.

The room was bit tiny, but fit for two person two open two big luggage at the same time. Bed also bit small, I almost fell during my sleep. Cleanliness is fine, no complaint. The breakfast choice is decent. The only complaint is they only have 1 small elevator which can contain 2 persons and luggage at the same time.

Very helpful front desk staff when I encountered difficulty. Clean room with enough space for one person. Can see the snow mountain from the window in the lift lobby when the weather is ok. There are no restaurants around, but there are small supermarkets and fruit shops next to the gas station, which makes it very convenient to get in and out. The hotel is also clean, and it's a ten-minute walk from the International Bus Terminal. The service is pretty good!

What a beautiful experience, The views of the mountains are incredible, it is incredibly easy to do a days skiing and return to the top of the mountain to retire for the night. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door. Location was near the airport. Hotel was nice as there was swimming pool, sauna and massage centre. Room was a bit out-dated and basic. The air-conditioning (AC) was not working very well and it was a warm night. Dear guests of Almaty, this hotel had a very good reputation 20 years ago and was a truly awesome place! However, it's fallen into disrepair now. BUT, for the price, it still offers a pretty good value. Overall, I highly recommend it! By the way, the all-inclusive breakfast isn't Turkish, but you won't leave hungry! The room had a great view and was clean, the only issue was the lack of an private bathroom. The owner was also very nice, and it was easy to communicate with fellow Chinese guests. A perfect place to stay in Almaty. Location is not far from many landmark such as the cathedral, green bazaar, and Kok Tobe.
