The place is quite cozy. There are places for which you will go to the other end of the city or simply sacrifice minutes on the road, the main thing is to live in this place. The hotel needs renovation! There is a stale smell in the room, even the open window does not help. Peeling, creaky beds and worn black walls. There are no shaving accessories. The price is very high!

To start, the rooms can only be reached via three flights of stairs, with no elevator. There's no one to help you with your luggage. At reception, the staff doesn't speak any English, only Russian. My son and I stayed at the QonaQ Hotel for a week and had a wonderful stay. Everybody at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, due to an early flight, and they were able to accommodate us. Our room was nice and comfortable. While visiting the city I brought my own water bottle and they had a filter I continually refilled it with. If in the city again I would definitely stay again

Beautifully done rooms, brand new, clean and comfortable hotel. Personnel is very nice and kind. Booked an airport pick up, all went perfect. There's only one little problem for people with a lot of lugguge - you need to walk to the second floor. Located in 20min car ride from airport, very convenient for transfer passengers. I'd return!

The service at the hotel is at the highest level. The girls are friendly, they will show you and tell you everything. Responsive staff, which is important on vacation. The rooms are clean.

Nice little hotel nice and friendly staff not a bad location

The hotel is in the centre of Astana, but the location is not exactly the same as shown on the map. The room was small, which matched the price paid. The room was full of notifications with fees for damaging hotel property. The staff was not always available, and I had to wait for the breakfast which was just two fried eggs.

A big plus of the hotel is that it is located within walking distance from Baiterek, the Rits Carlton hotel. Affordable prices for accommodation, plus breakfast included. The rooms are not big, everything is minimal. The service is good.

Great place to spend time with good old fellows

Lovely place, extremely well located, very affordable, comfortable, all the basic amenities present including an AC, private bathrooms, clean, the lady manning the reception only seems to speak Russian and feels somewhat grumpy but she did a great job washing my clothes for just 1000 tenge even though they don’t have dedicated laundry facilities and had them all dried in my room when I came back in...

This hotel is not for the fussy as it is not as clean as it supposed to be. It's an apartment unit on the ground level converted as a 'make shift' hotel. I stayed for 5 nights. The price and the location is very good. The Aircon and Toilet shower are ok.

The hotel is next to the main avenue, so that's a no-brainer. It is inside a residential complex, so entering is not easy since there are no intercoms. I had to ask a favor to be able to communicate with them at a nearby coffee shop. Once inside everything is fine. Well-prepared rooms, comfortable bed, the girl at the reception will help you with whatever you need.... Quiet and good.

I ordered delivery for guests and was very pleased with the cuisine. The pilaf was excellent, everyone liked it. And the baursaks, what salads! Thanks to them for that! In the future, I will only order from them.

Very cool cafe. The cuisine is super. Everything is delicious, large portions. Kazakh dishes here are the best that we have tried in Kazakhstan, in catering establishments. Prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly. The time from the moment of ordering to serving is relatively short!

Great place for a snack! The tables are a bit dirty, the tables need to be cleaned a little better! The food is good and not too expensive!
