Stuff young, hense lacking a bit of experience. They were late with processing of my request for an invoice. So I lost two hours

Friendly staff, reasonable pricing. Aircondotioned, large tv. Nothing in the fridge though.

Good budget hotel at a good location

As a regular guest of this hotel I want to share my impressions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is polite, the breakfast is there to choose from, the prices have rather decreased. In a word, comfortable!) I recommend everyone!

Big respect to the staff! We were greeted in a friendly manner at the reception! I arrived late at 10 pm, but they fed me dinner. And special thanks to the restaurant staff! Borsch is like in Ukraine, pilaf is like in Uzbekistan! I give it a solid 5 stars! Keep it up!

Great location if you need to go to the station. The very friendly receptionists even let me check in several hours early.

The hotel is excellent, a room with two rooms and beds. On July 7 and 8, 2022, it cost 32,000 tenge for two days. But breakfast is included, they give coupons for visiting (at the hotel) cafe. Everything is clean and fresh. Too bad there was no fridge in the room. Internet is great. We liked the hotel!

Clean, smells nice (it feels like cleaning is regular and not a blunder), non-smoking rooms, reasonable prices. Walking distance to the old railway station. There is a mini-market and a cafe on the territory of the hotel around the clock. Polite staff.

It doesn't seem all that old, but the room cleaning is terrible. All the plumbing is dirty. There's a ton of hair on the mattress pad. It was unpleasant to be there. But it's okay for an overnight stay. There's a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. A minibar is available for a fee.
