Excellent place to stay , close to mall and the staff very cooperative
Lovely and amazing hotel. I have been to with family. Hotel is the good location and suitable for family member. and got best of the price. Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price
If you are going to relax in a hotel room, then you need to take into account that this is an apartment building with poor sound insulation, you can hear what is happening from all sides. The rooms are not very clean, there is dust, hair, etc. We rented three rooms, all of them were dirty. If you decide to interrupt your stay at the hotel, there will be no refund, hotel policy. There is construction...

Beautiful hotel! Excellent service. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast.
The Wi-Fi is very good.
Thank you very much.
I recommend it to everyone.
Clean and cozy, reasonable prices, wonderful food, especially okroshka and grilled meat and vegetables
Below me is M5 asphalt 8, it has a tag color of autumn 😎
I visited the Migaz hotel. It’s really nice to walk into the room, the bed is perfectly clean and snow-white. Thank you for such a pleasant hotel. Especially for the girls, the admins are very pleasant, polite, quickly answer calls and have a pleasant conversation. Kuzety bomb shape is decent, nice to look at. I've been to different hotels. But there is nothing to compare this one with. No cockroaches...

I live here), the residential complex is cool, everything is great
A new residential complex from the Bigroup construction company. This mid-range residential complex is located near Mangilik El Avenue. Expo and the Mega Silkway shopping and entertainment center are nearby. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

I was at the hotel for the first time today, Madina is great, no words, smart, she does everything to make her clients comfortable! My husband and I are happy👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I have been staying at this hotel for 7 years, the room prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly. In general, I recommend it, you won’t regret it.

I recently stayed at the Vintage Boutique Hotel and was very pleased. The hotel is small, cozy, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The interior is stylish, with attention to detail and good taste.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. I'd especially like to mention the polite and attentive staff: they're always ready to help and do everything...
The best hotel we've stayed at in Astana. The staff was wonderful. We fell in love with Akmaral and would come back again and again just for that reason. The service was top-notch, and we had a wonderful time in the sauna. The massages here were also wonderful. I highly recommend Zhansaya and Guzel, the masseuses, to anyone—they're experts! We've never had a better massage, and we've traveled half...
Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable. Polite staff. I recommend staying.
I wasn't there myself. Looks nice from the photo. For this I think you can give 5 *)))))).
I can't say anything about the rooms or service. Apparently she was walking somewhere nearby.
Clean, comfortable, good staff
In general - good: clean, quiet, comfortable. But:
1) Current repairs must be carried out on time (the faucet in the bathroom was broken; fittings on the furniture in the room)
2) The booking conditions on the aggregator sites must correspond to the real ones: I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and I had to pay extra for breakfast for the child, although it was indicated on booking.com that the...
The location is good, the left bank, and the prices for the left bank are good, 6 thousand half a day, there are many coffee houses, cafes nearby, there is a buffet in the same house. Double beds, towels, soap and soap accessories are available. It’s just that the TV doesn’t show bad, and not every room has, as I understood, in general, for business travelers it’s very convenient to spend the night...

The rooms are clean, though a little cramped due to the large beds. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The hotel has a café, which is a very pleasant place. The food is simple but high-quality. The music selection was amazing, which in the morning was incredibly pleasant, with a steady rhythm and the energy needed for awakening. Good coffee and well-prepared dishes, not masked...
In general, the deluxe room is not bad, the TV channels do not work well, the Wi-Fi is also bad, the staff is good.
Very polite staff, your cook is wonderful, they asked his name, Artyom, everything is fresh and beautifully decorated! The speed of service is also very prompt!!!
The hotel is in a convenient location. Inside is clean and tidy. The deluxe room is quite spacious. Bathrobes, slippers, shampoo. fridge bar pleased. Everything is fine, but I don’t understand why make a copy of the identity card ?! 21st century in the yard.
Cuprum Hotel’s sauna is clean, neat, spacious, I have been using the services for a long time, I recommend it to everyone.

Just a hotel for a night between flights and nothing more. And the room is very spacious, even too spacious for one night. There is a traffic interchange outside the window, with the window open all the noise is in the room, and there is no air conditioning.
The hospitality, cleanliness, facilities, and the location make this hotel a perfect choice for the travelers.
+Hotel within walking distance from Baiterek
+Clean fresh bed
+Robes, slippers, hairdryer
+Very caring service. We were fed even for an hour of late breakfast. Upon request, they brought a second blanket and more water. They treated us to hot donuts and were very kind.
+Value for price (RUR 3,000 per night)
+Normal mattresses and pillows
-Old plumbing and carpet

A very nice hotel.
Facilities: The lobby is beautiful, there's a restaurant, and the breakfast is quite good.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The surrounding buildings are all new and beautiful.
Service: Excellent service; they even provided snacks upon arrival.
My short layover in Astana included a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, in a fantastic location. It's right across from the National Theatre and the Khan's Tent shopping mall, and about a kilometer from the Bayterek Observation Tower. Most attractions are within a two-kilometer radius.
The room was spacious, with a 1.8-meter king-size bed, which is quite rare in Kazakhstan. A family of four could easily...
Location was good. Staff were superb. Dary , Altynai, and Adi/Khan a big thumbs up! Complementary late check-out (4pm). Bar staff were very attentive at keeping riff raff at bay.
Hotel us lil bit old. Very close to many attractions.
The room is spacious and bright, with first-class hardware facilities and a great location, just a stone's throw away from the core area. The breakfast variety could be improved, and you can order fried eggs!
The room was clean and hygienic, the service was good, and the air conditioning was sufficient. There were many types of breakfast. The location of the hotel was convenient. It was very close to the city's central axis.

Highly recommend! Clean, comfortable, modern hotel rooms. Great customer service. Very convenient location (across the street from the US Embassy). Thank you!
Great location, kind and supportive staff, clean and peaceful atmosphere. I asked to get a wake-up call, and one of the staff members personally knocked on my door at the requested time. Very attentive and professional.
Amazing hotel and location - walking distance to some good coffee shops and restaurants (shoutout to Coffee boom and Lapsha Tokio), right across US embassy, if needed. Rooms are clean and spacious, communication with hotel staff via Whatsapp.
The location is great, and the price overall is good, the personnel was also nice.
3 stars because:
1) reception tried to charge us more than supposed to ( we booked directly on hotel's website in Tenge and exactly how we were supposed to pay)
2) we booked 2 apartments with the request to book it near each other or at least on the same floor. Upon checking-in, the manager claimed there was no such...
Happy to give 5/5 for rooms, service and location - we stayed 3 nights in Elite Apartment Hotel and we're very happy with everything. The hotel reception is at the back of the complex and you can access the common area floors from there. Entry to the upper floors with accommodation is by a different lift from the upper common area, which has cafe, convenience stores etc. We checked in with the hotel...
Very compact and Hifi rooms more enough for couple's. If they provide pick up and drop facility from airport means more easy
A very clean and lovely hotel. The guy on the desk was friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are huge and there is everything you need. Breakfast had eggs and good coffee- fine for me. Would be nice with a little more variety of food for western taste. Overall excellent stay.
It is a comfortable hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, steam sauna, and a restaurant on the roof. The room was comfortable and always clean. Central heating made the room cosy when outside temperatures were reaching far below zero. The restaurant was my favourite place, the cook and service really knew well how to do their jobs. The staff at the reception were always nice and helpful. I spent one...
Stayed for a month, and it's a good hotel. The breakfast is nice, the location is great, and the sauna is good too.
nice hotel with a good restaurant
Good breakfast. Will be excellent if there is a washing machine & dryer.
Very nice staff
Nice, clean place. Because of early flight arrival we were offered a complementary breakfast and a earlyer check in.

It's kinda quirky but hey, it's very well-situated. It doesn't really cater for non-Russian/Kazakh speakers, but they try, I'll give them that. They're friendly enough, and the decor is bizarre (they call it 'traditional'....ok) - but the rooms have air-con that kind of works (everything kind of works) and the breakfast is actually quite good, once you've got them to understand what you want. Check...
Hotel is old but it's OK. The rooms are well designed by Kazakhstan traditional style.
Beautiful and clean hotel, delicious food, and unforgettable banya experience! The restaurant is cozy and welcoming. We will be back!
The check in was nice and quick. The room was spacious with a big double bed. The only thing I missed was a kettle, tea and coffee. The bar fridge was well stocked. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose off the menu. The location was very central. Easy to get around Astana.
Great hotel to stay in. Check was quick. Service was friendly and efficient. The room was a good size. Nice comfortable bed. The meals are very good I thought. The location is great. The only thing missing is a kettle, tea and coffee
Normal hotel, clean, comfortable The restaurant is also normal, above average.

Reasonable prices, quiet place, good cleaning services, healthy breakfast, fast and easy check in and out.
excellent for this price! polite staff and clean rooms
Very good rooms, good silence. The staff charged extra money for an early check in of just 4 hours early for a whole day but they didn't provide us with hot water for 2 whole days because of some heater problem for the whole hotel. We weren't compensated for this.
As for hotels, three stars are very good. When I am in Astana, I only stay in it. Decent hotel and travel staff. Recommend.
The service is excellent, the staff is 5 stars, the breakfasts are ok.
There is no parking, the rooms are in need of minor renovation.
I recommend.
Nice hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, polite administrator. The area is convenient near the market, cafes and shops.
I recommend!)

Good place for its cost with amazing personal.
Everything is perfect, except no one speaks English and they won't take socks/underwear in tge laundry.
Good serviceable hotel with hearty breakfast. Staff are friendly only gets 4 stars for not having a sign on the outside. I have posted a photo so you can see what it looks like otherwise this is a hard place to find.
Good transport links the 40 bus goes from outside so easy to get to from the airport. Take the 10 and then change at Ministrilikter Uyi onto the 40
They moved us to a larger room, which was nice. Breakfast was rather simple.
Business trip for a week. The room was standard. The Hotel itself is not big, the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The staff is great. Breakfast is modest, monotonous, but quite filling. The room has a bathrobe, slippers, safe, air conditioning. Cooler on the floor. Cleaning was done every three days. The main disadvantage is the sound insulation, the walls are “cardboard”, you can hear almost...
