This place is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the MEGA shopping mall. It's also not far from the business district, making it a great place to stay when traveling to Astana for business.

It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away. The reception staff were very kind, but they couldn't speak English.

The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is comfortable, breakfast is included and they can even bring it to the room! There is everything for living: slippers, towels, robes, shower gel and shampoo, dental kit, comb, tea corner. Pleasant atmosphere. In the evening we had a delicious dinner at reasonable prices. Such a cute boutique hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and very near the bus stop. They accommodated our breakfast for vegetarian which was great. The bed in the room was very comfy too. I would happily return to East Astana Hotel.

New and all works. AC, good bathroom, they even speak English. But the rooms are really really small. Too small and they call it Junior suite. The area is fine and it's quiet.

Not excellent but ok for the price, spacious & close enough to the main touristy areas. Use uber if you can because the taxi company they use might be unnecessarily expensive. They might make mistakes in your reservation & not compensate.

The apartment was great. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked that there was ice in the freezer. But the toilet was truly a standout feature! It could do everything: wash, dry, and it even had a heated seat. All in all, we were very satisfied.
