Great hotel. Everything is clean.

This is not a hotel. A boarding house.

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. The room had a very low ceiling, a narrow floor-level window, poor bathroom lighting, and slow Wi-Fi. Breakfast is fixed and simple, no coffee. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally located, clean, and the staff is polite.

I was there in September 2024 for almost 2 weeks. The room was clean and the included breakfast was great too. The service is beyond normal standards. The manager is great, she is definitely doing the best for guests and is going the extra mile. Location is great , we most time walked to many locations and you find many restaurants, cafes and shops close to the hotel. Very nice stay , nice team, nice...

Like here so much save and cool place away from noises from city despite of being next to highway but the way structure of hotel built is nice preventing noises from highway nice food and soup👍🥰🥰🥰😋😋😋

As a traveling tourist, I found an oasis of tranquility here. The hotel unfolded as a true treasure, a place where the soul found flight. Although it was somewhat off the beaten track, a taxi was always a faithful companion, making the distance disappear. Thus, even the distance became part of the charm, a small detour a greater experience.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. It is in the center of the city and everything is close by, including shopping district, business and entertainment. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Value for money hotel in the old town

Pretty basic hotel, clean room and bathroom, very spacious. Warm water was not working one day and on second day, water was not working at all. Breakfast was very basic. But the price for a night beats all disadvantages.

Excellent hotel, convenient location, it takes 20 minutes by taxi from the Airport to the Hotel. It stands out from most other hotels with its minimalism. Yes, the staff is really polite. The rooms are clean and tidy. However, there are no party areas nearby. Maybe it's for the better)

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. And there have never been any complaints. Competent, polite staff, a residential area, comfortable rooms, always delicious breakfasts, a consistently high level of service - this is what you need both on a business and tourist trip. A very decent hotel in a chain. plus location if things are close to the center. Cozy and comfortable room. What struck me was excellent internet throughout the hotel. The staff is attentive, the room was pleasantly surprised by the presence of everything you need: you didn’t have to ask for soap and slippers))). Late check-out was no problem. It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away. The reception staff were very kind, but they couldn't speak English.
