We were family of 8 and had booked 4 rooms. Perfect place for overnight stay at Shymkent. Easy to catch Yandex. Also lady owner was kind enough to keep our luggage during the day. Only one improvement can be to have electric kettle for hot water in each room.

Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fine for a transit night, but it’s ridiculously overpriced, that’s the only one place to stay at the airport so I guess they can set the price however they want. You have to go outside of the terminal to go there

Great location for layover. Location on Maps is fairly accurate. Night receptionist very friendly The view is amazing you can see on one side directly plane at the Gate. Guests checkin in out / talking loudly in the hallway at 2-6am were more disturbing then the airport noise.
