Arrived hotel around 10am and the front desk was very helpful and allow us to drop our bags.. 4minutes walking to LRT PWTC.. and checkout was very smooth.. bfast is okay.. will repeat again when im in KL

The hotel is old, and dirty. The towels are old. During breakfast, the cups are dirty, tables are not cleared timely. Have to wait for a long time before can sit down and eat. The tone from the reception is unfriendly. Would not recommend, will not stay here again.

The room has a fantastic view, you can even see the Twin Towers. I recommend turning off all the lights and just enjoying the scenery. It's clean and quiet. If you're not in a hurry, I suggest booking breakfast. Getting around is convenient, it's only two train stops to Kuala Lumpur Station. This time I happened to visit during Thaipusam, and the train was even free!

Its a quick one day stay at Seri Pacific. The location is convenient to get to almost everywhere. Plus point its connected to opp shopping mall and lrt/ktm via covered walkway with working escalator and lift. Eventhough its an old hotel, the stay was quite comfortable. And the view of the sunset overlooking klcc feels very romantic. The hotel provide the basic necessities. But we hope, the bed and the pillow can be better next time.

The location is really convenient — right next to public transport stations and Sunway Putra Mall, so getting around and finding food is easy. Blackout incident: There was an unexpected blackout/power issue during my stay, which was inconvenient and affected things like lighting and air-con for a period (it happened in the late afternoon and took some time to be sorted)

Receptionist: Polite and very nice. Explained about distruption nearby room for renovation. Give us early check in.

The location is superb, in front of the shopping mall. Just walking across and spend time there.

It’s incredibly disappointing when a hotel carries a five-star but hardly provides a two-star grade.
Almost every facility was over two decades old and the mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. (My wife woke up whenever I moved a bit and vice versa.)
The color of the white towels, bedsheets, bed linens, pillows, and bathrobes has turned yellowish putty oatmeal.
The 1st generation Toshiba flatscreen TV has very limited channel with unclear images.
The bathroom was huge, and it looks clean. However fungus or black mold were at the corners.
The corridor on the 23rd floor was almost very dirty with unpleasant smell from carpet stains.
Gym equipment was very obsolete. The outdated sauna room was extremely dark, although the temperature was very satisfactory. (water dripping continuously from the ceiling.)
They served very mediocre breakfast with dirt brewed coffee 😑.
My overall suggestion is change the name to “Seri Hotel KL” or something. Please don’t exploit the name Pacific because Pacific Hotels stand for quality.

The hotel is very good for a heritage property. Although it is already 40 years old, it is still well maintained and in good condition. Guests can enjoy views of KLCC or Sunway Putra Mall/Hotel. The location is very strategic, and both the valet and bellman are very helpful and attentive.

Presentation was good but taste was average. I would prefer if food was hotter as everything were lurk warm. While every customer around received their orders quickly, mine took 20 minutes to arrive.
