We had an unforgettable stay at the St Regis. Everything was designed to make our stay easier, in a luxurious, calm, and magnificent setting. We were welcomed and pampered literally every day

The team throughout the property, from dining to beach service, were consistently warm and generous with their time. We left feeling restored, grateful, and already speaking about when we might return

Mornings unfold gently, afternoons are defined by the light over the lagoon, and evenings carry that soft Mauritian calm that makes you slow down whether you intended to or not

Overall, it was a memorable honeymoon stay in a beautiful and peaceful setting, with excellent service and great facilities, though there are a few areas where operational improvements would enhance the overall guest experience

For example, Chhole Rice was served at breakfast and Chhole Puri at dinner. Papad was available at breakfast, but at dinner no drinks — not even water — were complimentary

However, I feel the hotel should collaborate with service providers who can arrange backup boats or suitable replacements in case of technical failures, especially when such activities are booked well in advance

Due to the greenery around the property, there are quite a few insects and lizards in the area. A couple of times, I even noticed tiny lizards inside my room

While this may be expected in a tropical setting, it can still be slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, the Indian food options at breakfast and dinner sometimes felt mismatched

This was quite disappointing and could have spoiled the final day of my trip. Thankfully, I managed to arrange a speedboat experience as an alternative to save the day

We stayed at this hotel for just one night after an unexpected change to our travel plans. Due to a rebooking by Emirates, we missed our connecting flight from Mauritius to Rodrigues and had to spend a night in Mauritius

Your house keeping needs a tad help and the sheets were not changed even after putting the please change bed in the sheets. Under the bed needs a good clean and the kettle is very dangerous as it boils over

I’m Mauritian (though born and living in the UK), and this was the first time my husband and I stayed in a hotel. We wanted to treat our young family, and it turned out to be an excellent decision

What a fabulous week away The welcoming greeting at the main entrance set the tone for very attentive and caring team Food choices was excellent but please don’t expect all chips and chicken nuggets as you may be disappointed open your mind to some fabulous world foods and you’ll experience a great week of food

We loved the entertainment with local bands and African show. It is a tropical climate so you can get short sharp downpours but these are gone and dried up as quick as they come

Would go back is the best review anyone can give and we would go tomorrow if we could

The spa is equally as fabulous. Not over priced compared to other holidays we’ve been on or even the uk. Rooms serviced every day which isn’t as common as you’d think nowadays

I booked the private villa that came with a swimming pool. Ive loved the re-invented version of the Mauritian cuisine. My partner and I were in a food coma. I am so grateful for the wonderful birthday cake you arranged

We then had afternoon tea served and ate far too many delicious pancakes! All in all it was one of the best days we have spent this holiday and we will be sure to go back! Thank you for a super holiday whilst on holiday! We will come back

Spent 2 nights with my family in January. excellent food with lots of varieties. we enjoyed the pools and spa also. We were on Half Board basis so couldn't enjoy the drinks

Very relaxed and calm environment. Hotel didn't feel crowded even though full. Hotel staff put considerable effort to run Christmas events - which were excellent

I spent the day here with my son and had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at their buffet. At a glance the offerings look small but once you go round, you quickly notice that there is something for everyone

Staff also very friendly and helpful. I needed to get to a pharmacy and the shuttle bus driver was kind enough to take me to one. The checking in process was very slow as there was only one person checking in arrivals

Convenient location as close to the airport and hotel offers a shuttle bus service. However, the immediate area is a little bit Remote. For example there were no shops within walking distance

The hotel also has a small swimming pool for guests who wish to relax. A thoughtful touch was that the staff set up the room specially, as they were aware it was part of our honeymoon trip, which we appreciated

Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended for mid-budget travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable airport stay

The biggest advantage is the complimentary airport shuttle service, which makes transfers extremely convenient. The airport is just a 5-minute drive away, making it stress-free for early departures

Good hotel with beautiful territory. The first impression was excellent: we stayed for 1 night and decided to prolong our stay for 2 more nights. The room was nicely furnished, everything was clean and new

The food is repetitive every day, which quickly gets boring. For a 4-star hotel, I think the variety of dishes could be improved. The front desk staff are not very friendly

We got an extra bed, but there was no sun in the room because of the shadow of the nearest building. The TV, fridge, kettle, safe, chairs on the terrace were rather old-fashioned

There was a room with cleaning supplies near us and it was a bit noisy half of the day. We decided to go to swim, but the beach towels were finished and we have to wait for 10 minutes

I would recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Mauritius, we enjoyed small catamaran sailing, snorkeling with Nemo fish and huge turtles! The pools are very clean, the rooms are very luxurious and are decorated with beautiful authentic furniture

Royal palm luxury didnt disappoint , upon arrival everything was just WOW , from the staff addressing you by your name and the GM checking with all the guests daily ,the location and attention to detail was like nothing I have experienced before , Suite had an awesome view over the pool and ocean

Yogesh did a good job overall with multiple types of treatments. Overall experience would've been good if they addressed or compensated for the Jacuzzi issue when it was brought to them
