A lovely hotel right on the amazing seafront. Rooms are basic, but equipped with a good shower/bathroom king-size bed 🛌 😴 plenty of space for your belongings and a safe for your valuables

A pretty good three-star hotel. The rooms are dated, but clean and have everything you need. The room overlooks the greenery and the pool. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and varied

A good hotel for its price category. Small, clean, and conveniently located in the heart of Flic en Flac. Bars and restaurants are nearby, and the beach is just across the road. Overall, the stay was positive

A bonus is the Indian restaurant attached to the hotel, which serves good food. A perfect location on the seafront for exploring the 🏝

I had an amazing full body massage at the Manisa Hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The masseuse was very professional, kind, and attentive, making sure the treatment was perfectly suited to my needs

My mother and I visited Mauritius this December and chose to stay at Villa Normada. I’d like to highlight the very convenient location — close to a supermarket, the beach, and various amenities

Best 2 stars hotel I ever visited, Super good location near to the beach and restaurants everything you need, the owner Ms Ruth are so kind to let us stay 3hrs more without charge when the room is still available because our flight is in late night; housekeeper Ms Emilie is very professional cleaner, always does proper job and provide all necessary toiletries without asking, very organised

I don’t usually make reviews but this accommodation was absolutely amazing, everything was perfect and there were no problems at all, the house keeping services were fantastic and everything was comfortable/clean

Very clean rooms and direct beach access (private beach). It was the finest beach around there and we’ve been all over Mauritius. Breakfast on request(?), but wasn’t offered. Awesome place!

Die Lage war toll, man muss nur über die Straße gehen, schon ist man am Privatstrand, auch der Public Beach ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist TOP, ein paradiesisches Studio auf Paradise Island!

A supermarket can be reached by taxi for 300 MUR (London Way in Maheboug) Great thanks to Mary Ann and especially to Natasha our Houese keeper who kept everything perfectly clean. Hopefully we will come again :-)

Our family found the rooms to be clean and spacious. Its right on a beautiful stretch of beach, (plus the pool is really nice too)..all located close to nearby food market.

We stayed as four adults and two kids, and the place worked perfectly. Ground-floor, a straight view over Kamal’s garden to the beach and the sea

The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to cook proper meals for the whole family. Bread delivery at 8:30 every morning is one of those small things that makes a holiday feel easy

ASSOVILLA is a charming and truly authentic place. The family who manages it is extremely kind and attentive, offering excellent service at all times. The food is outstanding, and the beach is just a short walk away

And for the pool we really enjoyed it. At the end we ordered some pizza we really loved it and it was one of the best pizzas. You should really try this place

The beach is about 300 yards within walking distance from the Villa. Overall a very nice and enjoyable experience

For our food there was an amazing buffet and many varieties of drinks. The staff was really kind and nice we brought some drinks from outside They offered to keep it in their fridge for us

So no “water activities” as is the case with a beach hotel but as locals who just wanted a break from the house & routine & had a birthday to celebrate, Horisun gave us all that we wanted in beautifully landscaped grounds

Roshan & Sang welcomed us warmly & then left us to our privacy. It is the low season so there was only one other couple besides us in the 15 room hotel. We were given a large room with a lake view & an outside balcony

Dinner was an “extra” which we asked for & consisted of a three course set menu with Thai influences. We only stayed the one night & the next morning, took a quick drive to the beach to watch the sunrise

& because we too live in the east, when a birthday approached, I thought why not try Horisun, if only to eat some authentic Thai food. Horisun is not by the beach but as a bonus, it has an inland lake

If we wanted, we would have had a 15 min walk to the beach. Breakfast is included with fruit, crepes & an omelet as well as the local gateau piment & pain aux chocolat

The only “activity” within Horisun is the pool which we enjoyed

The beach in Troux Aux Biches (where La Dorade hotel is located) was awarded the title of the best beach in the world in 2011 and is truly one the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius

This is a great choice to stay if you're on a budget and is a 20 minute walk from beautiful Trou-aux-Biches beach

For your money, the best offer in the area. Very friendly hotel owners! Geographically very conveniently located. You can actually cross the road to the beach!

Located in the best part of the island, it offers spacious rooms with bathroom and a kitchenette on every floor. The owner is very friendly and takes great care of his guests

La Dorade is a great option for travellers on a budget who want to experience the real local atmosphere of Mauritius and meet up with travellers from all around the world

this place is awesome, cheap, quiet and clean. good if you have own transportation, although the bus station is accross the road. cool owner as well.

Île des Deux Cocos is a truly beautiful and unique place – the island itself is stunning, with white sandy beaches, turquoise water, and a peaceful, exclusive atmosphere

Well this is the best place to go for a nice day away the service is 💯 eat and drink asmuch as you like the best settings and best views I think k I have been around 7/8 times now always a pleasure taking my guests here guaranteed lovely day out

Amazing family escape with clear shallow waters for swimming and snorkelling especially for kids. Buffet and drinks all in were a good treat. Highly recommend the island walk and taking time facing the crushing waves.

It is really close to the amazing Blue Bay snorkeling area (circa 200 metres) and all equipment is available of you don't have your own. The service and the lunch are really where this island adventure really excels

Excellent place. I am glad i choose this place. Makes you feel at home. The house is really good with maid cleaning provided everyday. Very close to popular beaches, super markets and restaurants.

They also provide you with nice towels including a beach one. They even provide you with a washing machine, ironing board and an iron. Cannot fault this place at all

Ambience are really good. We took 2 bedroom villa. It's really good, two swimming pool access, washing machine, refrigerator etc..

However, the next morning the friendly staff apologized and the owner phoned us personally apologizing and informed us that the guests will be evicted immediately. They said in 5 years, this has never happened

Amazing bungalow, superbe 10 star service. Most charming, friendly and smiling staffs. They provide you with fresh baguettes every morning for breakfast and that is something that nowhere else will provide

Our family getaway at Colibri Beach House was simply fantastic! 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 The cleanliness and spaciousness of the place made it feel like a true home away from home

If you want simple, we’ll looked after accommodation in a lovely typical Mauritian location then this might be just the place

The balcony overlooked the hotel's garden and pool and the sea (a little). This is where the ordered breakfast is served (in the company of all kinds of local birds)

The pool's water was crystal clear and great after a sea swim. Plenty of seats, chaise longue and loungers to take in the sun

It's lobby is open to the elements with a koi pond and kind staff, special mention for Jennifer. My room was very large, with a whirlpool and a shower, a reading nook and large double bed

If you looking for an accomodation where you can be private, where you can calm down and have a nice view at the sea, this place is ideal

Lunch and dinner can be found either at the food trucks, few restaurants or supermarket, all within walking distance. I didn't rent a car but I noticed parking would've been a real issue as the hotel doesn't have one

We have stayed there for our honeymoon and we absolutely enjoyed it! This Hotel only offers breakfast, but for us this was exactly what we wanted. This makes you try all the nice restaurants around the hotel :)

It's worth the money, the days flew by, the staff is very polite and pleasant, breakfasts and dinners are good, there is a magnificent ocean nearby with stunning beaches and a very large park, in the park there are flying foxes in the trees and a lot of beautiful birds

Excellent service: picked us up from our hotel 2 km away for free, and also returned the car for free. The owner is friendly and reliable at all times. He speaks English, French, and Italian

Good location close to the beach. Our unit is clean and very spacious. It is equipped with stove, oven, washing machine, fridge and microwave. I felt the place would look fresher with a paint job

Dzama Hotel is located not far from Grand baie " main street " and in a walking distance from 2 shopping mall ! still is possible to walk to the beach and plenty of choice for restaurants !! Owner is a nice person always available and in the morning always present for breakfast ! I'd say everything was good !! the only thing to improve a little ( but not a big deal) is hot water in the room but really...

Grand Baie Beach is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. This property is also rated for the best value in Grand Baie! Guests are getting more for their money when compared to other properties in this city

An 8-minute walk from Super U, the property is also a 9-minute walk away from Grand Baie La Croisette Shopping Mall. The property has a restaurant and Board Boats leaving for island is 275 m away

At the hotel, rooms contain a closet, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Dzama Hotel has some accommodations that feature a balcony, and the rooms have a electric tea pot

The indoor gym is open longer hours and has towels, water, and plenty of equipment. All the staff members were always very welcoming and helpful. The location was good-we could walk to lots of restaurants and shops

We had such a wonderful stay at LUX* Grand Baie. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member we met was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Their genuine hospitality made our stay truly special

I also booked for 1-on-1 meditation, breathwork and yoga therapy with him and he did the best massage I've ever had! Don't hesitate to go to one of his yoga classes or book him in if you can

We also booked a tour to Chamarel through the hotel and had a fantastic guide and driver. For Port Louis, we decided to drive ourselves, which turned out to be the most flexible option

From the time we arrived the staff at the hotel were simply amazing. We managed to get dinner even though it was closing time. Our stay as a family was what we needed, absolute bliss

They also have lovely swing beds outside the rooms, adding to the charm. The beach in front of the property is simply amazing — soft white sand and picture-perfect water

The location is very good with a mini mart market with all essentials at a walking distance of 3 minutes! The concierge handled by Mr. Subak makes staying here even worthy. He is such a good man, such a kind man

He will take care of Everything you need. The place also has a barbeque as well in the balcony if you wanna enjoy that

Don't forget to bring ALL ESSENTIALS with you, your toothbrush, toothpaste, soaps, shampoos as they will not provide with any of it. It is a SELF-CONTAINED apartment

You do need a car to get around, but there are options within walking distance too (just not many). The staff is excellent…and very happy to help, give advice, and sort out any issues that may come up

Super place! Great, spacious suites. Large terrace to sit at. Friendly staff. Quiet, nice pool near the sea (but not swimmable at the hotel's beach). Very affordable too. Can be highly recommended.
