The main challenge our room had was the key card was not working the till the 2nd day mid day , and always required spending (wasting) 30 mins for security/hotel staff to get the door opened . Seems multiple families on the 7th floor had same issue.
Buffet Food was good , but was very repetitive . The restaurant (Seafood Dinner) was very good. They actually helped accomodate a 15 person group and borthday celebrations with cake.
