Indeed an old hotel. However the good location, affordable, a big communal area with free flow coffee and tea and free breakfast make up for it. The air conditioning is weak. Breakfast is simple and typical Mexican type. Since is free so don’t ask for too much. Happy to see a water dispenser for us to use. We stayed here for 3 nights as we ppa to do day trips.

It was nice clean rooms they aren’t all updated and nice as in the pictures but still service was great! If looking for a room with a mini fridge you will only get that here if you get the suite. I didn’t get to use the pool during my stay due to personal reasons. Also some lower level floors you will hear lots of noise from either luggage being rolled around most of the night, or if near a balcony the noise of someone dragging the chairs and tables at night. Plus side you have the big mall across the street with restaurant area.

My accommodation, service, and facilities were excellent. I absolutely recommend it.
I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay, and the service was excellent.

Locked us out of our room before our second night. Told me I needed to pay for that night because I had not paid for it. Had to show them my receipt and wait for them too long. Run down older hotel. Certainly should not be a Marriot

I reserved on Orbitz total cost 84 dollars or so they wanted to charge me 150 and finally settled on 120

The property did not have cribs for infants. Also the rooms did not have mini coolers/ refrigerators.

It's a decent hotel to rest in the city. The facilities are old and the water pressure is very weak. I only slept there to tour Cancun, so I was able to rest comfortably.

Very good location for domestic living and work. Close to supermarket and on the way to Airport and every other places.
Hotel is old. Tap is not working properly but service is good. They listen to your words. Breakfast is like other city express hotel in Mexico

Having a true Las Vegas Casino type Experience in Cancun is making such destination more interesting and versatile.
It's a great adult entertainment option +18 to spend a good time and get the taste of betting the real deal with the modern Casino.
Prime Buffet available for USD$15.00 not including beer and or alcoholic drinks.
The Casino was designed thinking in everybody, even the old fashion people that smokes cigarettes. There is a big glass separated, big place, fully equipped for them.
Pocket room, roulette, and the Las Vegas type traditional tables at your service with sharp people as dealers.
The Casino is a great alternative to spend one day out of your vacation in a different way.

Nice waiters, good drinks. Was upset that customer service, including Managers spoke English. Forms to sign for player card in Spanish only, and NO one can translate for you.
