Haven Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only in Cancun

Love Haven Riviera Cancun! It is near the Cancun airport (＜20mins). There was no timeshare selling that we were warned about. Great pools and beach. The beach had seaweed however we did not mind it and enjoyed lying at the beach cabana during afternoons. Not extra charge for cabanas. There were fun activities available during the day and evening. Food was great in all the restaurants. We always found something we enjoyed in each restaurant. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

This was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at for adults in a while.

The hotel is in a lovely, secluded location. It's really spacious, clean, and has very nice rooms. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend it. 👌🏼👍🏼

Excellent hotel, great location, service, food, the staff's attention is very good, and the staff's treatment makes all the difference; I would definitely return.

This place is amazing! Super clean, great food and great amenities! The pool staff were great and kept the drinks coming! JC is amazing and so fun and had everything we needed!!! Mary Lou has a signature drink that I highly recommend if you like something fruity. The only negative is that it is quite far from downtown Cancun (40-45 minutes) but that wasn't a big deal for us. It is only a 20 minute drive from the airport so that was fantastic. The resort was worth every penny and we will definitely be back!! I can't stress enough how great everything was!

I don't know where to start, this place is truly heavenly... My mom and I went to this resort because my brother and his wife were there and they highly recommended it to us. The food, the music, the entertainment, the peace, the water and the quality of the weather, the cleanliness, the attitude of the staff, the kindness and hospitality are absolutely number one. I highly recommend you book in advance and go there prepared to relax, have fun, meet new and interesting people from all over the world. The cabaret is fun, I recommend you go to their entertainment every night. I went there with a broken knee and the staff was kind enough to help me rent an electric wheelchair and they accommodated me 100%. Everyone is nice, pleasant and their English is amazing....but one person stood out to me, Carlos at the front desk and Yair from the cabaret...they were kind and caring...made sure I had fun even with a broken knee and I was included in their activities and I always had the best seat at the entertainment even though I was in a wheelchair. Their Mexican and Italian restaurants are the best....but their breakfast and lunch buffet are just out of this world.....the food, the vegetables, the meats, the breads and especially the fruits are so fresh and delicious that I couldn't get enough....EVERYTHING is super clean and fresh..the rooms, the pools and even the glass windows are super clean and tidy...I hope you can handle it because I know you will love it. DZ

This was an absolutely amazing experience and if you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend booking. We went with friends on a trip in December and everyone loved it. The resort itself is amazing, very clean with friendly staff and great service. The pools and beaches are gorgeous and the rooms are incredibly clean. There was plenty to do but it never felt overwhelming - a nice mix of activities and relaxation. As a vegan I would have liked to see more options in the restaurants but when you are travelling with dietary restrictions it is just something you take into account for yourself. Overall I give it 5 stars again and again. Olivia had amazing service at the long pool and the daily entertainment was so much fun! I would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful hotel with amazing rooms, service, delicious food and a perfect location! A wonderful place for a quality holiday! Reality exceeded all expectations! I recommend 😊 I will add!! Today is the day of departure and my delight from our stay has only increased! In order: Service! Excellent!! Marilu and her optimism simply charge you with positive energy!! The Asian restaurant has excellent food and simply incredible service. Especially Manuel and Ruben, they are special guys. Housekeeping, reception and in general every employee is very friendly and pleasant. Food! Delicious!! I will repeat about the Asian restaurant that it is especially delicious!! But all the restaurants will pleasantly surprise you with the quality of the dishes. All the cocktails were wonderful and how happy the staff was when we ordered tequila!!! It was fun!! The rooms! Huge and very elegant!! The whole hotel is well-kept and very clean. They are constantly running in, touching up something, replanting plants. They bring it to perfection! Great beach and sunbeds. Feeling of privacy and complete relaxation. This hotel is one of the best we have been to and we will definitely come back.
