I had a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The facilities were clean and well maintained, which made the experience very comfortable. The environment was calm and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I also enjoyed the food; it was fresh and well prepared. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would be happy to visit again.

Everything went great. The hotel is wonderful. Total relaxation. The staff are all very kind and professional. Always available, especially Mohsen. He is a very kind and professional person, very good at helping us with everything we needed. We recommend staying there. The only thing we need to stay in is a car. It's quiet and relaxing. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Fairmont. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For instance, I left my Kindle at the hotel mistakenly, and the staff found it promptly and will most probably send it back. The facilities are beautiful and the spa is top quality. A terrific stay.

An excellent hotel in every way. The only drawback is the location, since it is necessary to pay for taxis continuously to go and return to the city of Marrakech (250DH-350DH) each way. For the rest, personally, probably the best hotel in Marrakech, simply spectacular!
