Riad Cedrat in Marrakech

Four of us traveling from Massachusetts had a wonderful stay at Riad Alghani and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. We stayed for a full week and found the riad to be very well priced for what it offers. It's an authentic, not fancy, riad that provides a genuine local experience conveniently located in the Meridian within walking distance of the markets, restaurants, and historic sites. An added plus what having the whole space to ourselves.

The star of our stay is Latifa, who takes care of the house. Every day she kept the riad spotless, prepared delicious breakfasts for us, and even washed our clothes. Her kindness, warmth, and dedication made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and we can not praise her too highly.

One suggestion for improvement would be that the owner update the address listed for the riad. Currently, the address on the website directs you to a private residence about a 20 minute walk away, which is, to say the least, confusing when first arriving.

When arranging taxis, excursions, or restaurant reservations, guests should also be mindful that the prices quoted by Lamzougui Premium Transport & Lifestyle Concierge were significantly higher than we found elsewhere.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. If you're looking for a well-located, authentic riad at a great value, Riad Alghani is a great choice - and thanks again to Latifa for making our visit so memorable,

The riad is very well located, right next to the Bahia Palace. The rooms are clean and well-furnished. The terrace is lovely; it's a great place to spend time. Unfortunately, Latifa dries her laundry on the terrace and leaves it on the benches, so we couldn't really enjoy it. Breakfast costs €6 per day, which is a bit expensive since you can find better options at a lower price in the souk. Furthermore, we didn't receive fresh eggs every day, and upon closer inspection, it became clear that everything came from the freezer; nothing was prepared on-site. What bothered me most was that as soon as we left, Latifa would spend the entire day at the riad. We really didn't feel at home. We even had to buy toilet paper, as it wasn't provided. Next time I stay, I'll choose a riad without staff.

We had a great stay with 4 couples, the Riad is very pleasant and comfortable! A terrace to spend the end of the evening with a little drink! Very pleasant 👍 I recommend and also for its location, in the medina, close to everything!!

Beautiful Riad in the center of Marrakech, the lady who runs it is very kind and helpful. Very good typical breakfasts. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stop in Marrakech, excellent location.

4 bedroom riad in the Medina of Marrakech. Lovely woman who appears to do all the work in the riad. Great breakfast in the morning too. The riad is a five minute walk from Bahia Palace, another 5 from El Baadi Palace and the Saadian Tombs. Very convenient spot and comffortable accommodation.

Beautiful and calm place
