Stayed here 3 nights, hotel room great with funky ambiance in rooms. Nice large bathroom, double sinks and big shower. Room had large sitting area and small balcony but lighting was a bit dim. The restaurant food was amazingly good for lunch and dinner as well as the breakfast buffet. Table service was slightly slow, but good trade off for meal quality. All staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Handy location for walking a few blocks to stores etc.

I was on business so only stayed 2 nights but was upgraded to the Executive Suite. Massive room with a HUGE bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Had dinner one night in the hotel itself, dining room is quite elegant and there was a DJ playing. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed at Bab Hotel for four days and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of traditional Moroccan dishes that were a perfect start to the day. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, with a sleek design that we really appreciated. One of the best parts is the rooftop, where you can spend the whole day. It’s a great spot for lunch, sunset drinks, and dinner, all with a wonderful atmosphere. It is the perfect choice for a stylish stay in the modern heart of Marrakech. After four days, we can highly recommend Bab Hotel for anyone who wants a blend of Moroccan hospitality and modern, urban luxury. It felt like a true "home away from home" in the trendiest part of the city.

Nice staff, quality look to the hotel throughout. Smart deluxe room with decent size bed and bathroom. Nice bar and restaurant area. A small paddle pool with roof that is covered and can be opened in summer also near restaurant. A small shop and masseuse services too. In useful location for restaurants, bars and shops. Walkable 30 mins plus to some tourist sites. Minor downside was the noise at times from the street at night and the lack of sound proofed windows and doors. I needed my ear plugs at times. Also, found the step up shower cubicle a bit daunting and the spongy shower tray wasn’t great. No idea if all rooms had that layout but felt unsteady every time I showered. Still, overall this is a good quality hotel with great staff and would stay again.

Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast spread. Spacious room. Close to the airport. Manager Jihane and staff is extremely helpful. The staff members speak English so Jihane was able to identify ingredients and we were able to eat Jain food.

Hello, it is our first time in Morocco and we love ver Marrakesh. Our stay in Bab Hotel was very comfortable, and I would like to especially say that Ouma was very helpful and gracious to us. On my first night, we did not know where to eat dinner and she recommended a good place nearby. She made sure to take care of us that we are comfortable. Would love to stay with you again.

I would like to thanks to the whole personal of the Hotel, great location, excellent breakfast and dinner options, rooms superb, , chilled lounge areas, Spa magnificent, Thanks Maxime, Sabrine, (for speaking Spanish to us), and patience to change our hours for Spa, Dounia, Yassine for helping us to guide us to the great restaurant La Trattoria, Hassan, the cleaning ladies always smiling, Saffa and Aya you have gifted hands for working at that Spa.the gentlemans at the doors, the chefs...i will recomend this hotel to all my friends and deffo we will back.

I stayed at Bab hotel for 3 nights this past April and had a wonderful experience! The hotel staff is extremely friendly and will arrange your transportation to and from the hotel (make sure you take at Morocco currency). You can get massages for a good price here and breakfast is included. The location was safe and away from the center of the city. The rooms were spacious with an amazing bathroom. The pool isn't appealing but overall a place worth staying!

He didn't provide towels, toiletries, or slippers. The first day I had everything; hotels always provide these things. He deliberately took them away for me. It's so annoying! The towel hooks are there, even though I spent 800 yuan on them and didn't get them. I had to ask for the slippers myself.

Very bad customer service, the hotel canceled the reservation without communicate and the do not respond to e-mail. They used the excuse of control code of the credit card invalidate I use the same card for other reservation and I did not have any problem...I do not suggest this hotel...very insensitive and not available
