Worst stay ever

We arrived the first night late around midnight, we went to our room directly.. it was disgusting, old over used furniture, rugs are black dirty! Wood furniture all scratched!
The lighting of the bathroom wasn’t working!

Next day they changed our room to ( a bit and not much) cleaner room! Which wasn’t much better!

All the photos of this place doesn’t reflect the actual reality!

The room towels looked old and felt rough on the skin.

The service, I’m not sure what to say! You rarely see workers there to serve you!
We needed to call 2-3 times for them to answer the phone.

Breakfast options were extremely limited and not good.

The reception lady wasn’t professional or nice, we used the card for the tourist city tax, although the transection was successful and I received a massage and the money was deducted from my account, she refused and said she didn’t receive the money and wanted a cash amount!!!! She was shouting and the issue wasn’t solved till we asked for her manager!

The location was also bad, far from every activity, and it was very difficult to find taxis ( took us daily 30-40 min to find a car!)

Nerve recommending such a place.

Fabulous oasis just outside of the bustling city! Wonderful pool, fantastic friendly staff. Rooms are lovely, clean and we were surprised at the size. The main hotel is stunning and very Moroccan lux. Food is tasty and pina coladas are excellent 😬

Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing.

Excellent rooms, quiet hotel away from city
Beautiful hotel rooms, lovely pool which was cold so we couldn’t go in.

Very quiet in December, there were only 4 guests in the hotel, no atmosphere at all

Nice little heaven. Beautiful garden and rue suites are very large.
It is out of the woods, so 100-150dirhams taxi fare to go into town.
Nice bakery and restaurant no far, pretty safe area.
Breakfast generous but could do with some variety such as fruit, different vienoiserie etc. It is the same thing in offer every day. Food is very nice in the restaurant. Overall, very enjoyable stay and the staff goes out of their way to make it pleasant for you.
