Riad Les Trois Palmiers El Bacha in Marrakech

I absolutely LOVED this place. I felt like home when I was staying here and the staff really does treat you like family. The room was perfectly set up for two with flower petals on the bed to greet us. You can have breakfast anywhere on the property. Free wifi throughout the common areas. The riad used to be a family home before it got converted yet they still have photos of the family that used to reside there up on the walls - nice touch if you ask me. The owners are as lovely as can be - sweet & friendly. The riad can be a bit difficult to find by yourself so I suggest having one of their drivers pick you up from the airport & escorted directly to the riad. There are so many twists and turns, one can easily get lost in the maze without guidance. But once you've been there for a day, you should be all set. If I ever stay in Marrakech again, this will be my go-to place.

The place is very, very hard to find, but the room they gave me is super nice, on the rooftop with a garden. The service is lacking, because the desert tour was at 7 o'clock the next day, and I was specifically told to prepare some food for breakfast in advance (because the staff were not at work at that time), or to prepare it in the evening. The next day I took it and left, but who knew that the next day there was no one and the food was not prepared. I went to the kitchen to find food by myself, and then a staff member came over with a bad face. I was so dizzy!

A nice B&B with local characteristics, especially the hotel manager is very nice and the service is very considerate! I will choose this B&B again next time!

We’ve been staying with my husband in this nice Riad during our honeymoon. The location was quite comfortable, near Dar el Bacha museum and the main road thus it was easy to take a taxi. We found the riad easily with the help of google maps. The room was nice, quite clean. The terrace and common areas were absolutely amazing! Breakfasts were delicious and served beautifully. Great regards to the owners and the stuff!

It's not easy to find, but the hotel has a nice environment and is very welcoming.

The riad is inside a series of back lanes but can be located using google map easily. It is a lovely riad, quiet and nice, we loved it. Staff were super friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. We folllowed their recommendations to the tourists places and experienced the hammam, recommended!

The hotel is located in the old town, very convenient for travel, very Moroccan raid style! You can shop non-stop as soon as you step out of the door, and it's very close to Sleepless Square. The hotel staff were very polite and enthusiastically answered all our questions. It was the first time that we were able to visit this beautiful city for two days without the Internet! Especially the breakfast provided by the hotel, the food is rich, diverse, fresh and reasonably matched. It is a hotel worth choosing!
