Delicious breakfast and beautiful decor.
Very cheap affordable hotel. Booked for 2nights -£95.
Staff allowed us to extend check out time to late for free.
About 15-20mins from city centre
Has multiple outdoor pools for adults and children. Have children play area .

Very decent hotel .
We had arrived 3 hours early for our check in and had lunch in the hotel restaurant. There is no English menu, considering English is one of the most commonly used languages around the world. We had to wait almost over an hour for them to bring out chicken and turkey paninis. Minimal staff avaliable. Many times we had to stand up and look for a waiter. Not sure if this was because it was the New Year period or general lack of staff.
We had not eaten for 12 hours and had no choice but to eat it. The overall food quality was extremely poor. It was dry and almost inedible with no taste. The meat did not taste right at all.
Our dinner experience was also dissapointing. I had noticed only 1 waitress for the full restaurant. The meat platter was shocking with 4 single pieces of meat. Meat was dry and had a horrible smell to it. My rice arrived cold. It seemed alot of the guests didn't seem happy at the lack of staff.
Following these meals myself and little boy had become sick, with projectile vomiting. There is more to this drama in the leading days...
Breakfast dissapointing. Pastries stale and dry. Not restocked in time. Expected better quality items and more variety.
The coffee bar was also disappointing. Minimal options on the menu avaliable. Everything i asked for seemed to be out of stock. Hot water machine not working so couldn't even get a simple mint tea one evening. For a hotel of this apparant quality I'm surprised there was not a 24 hour self service coffee machine.
Moving onto the room, this was basic, average cleanliness. Back of beds very dusty, curtains and under sofa full of dust. We found a cockroach and several mosquitos flying about. No mosquito prevention was provided. Usually in countries like this it is common courtesy for the hotel to provide you with mosquito candles or some precaution. Bed comfort was poor. If you're going to use a small pillow, use a small pillowcase. They were also very lumpy and flat leaving us with a sore body and neck in the morning.
We had an apartment room, which they kindly upgraded us to and this was stocked with very limited kitchen items. Utensils were sticky. No kettle. No basic amenities such as tea coffee sugar in the room, not even a water bottle.
Room telephone not working meaning we had to walk 5 minutes to reception for everything we needed. Drain blocker in ensuite bathroom broken, although they did fix this in one day. No hairdryer although advertised. Horrible sewage smell coming from the bathrooms everyday.
The hotel kindly extended our checkout to 2pm which we were extremely grateful for - thank you. However, despite the poor initial experience we thought to give lunch one last try. We had ordered a margarita pizza and pasta. Thankfully the food arrived warm and quick, however my Husband unfortunately fell sick immediately after this meal. It was concluded the hotel food is what had made me and my family extremely poorly on this trip.
On the final day, we had asked the hotel to book our taxi to the airport. For any tourists coming to this hotel please use an app called iDrive. The hotel taxi service will charge you double the price. Upon arrival of the taxi, there was no staff bothered to assist us with putting the bags in the taxi.
Overall hotel facilities were poor. However, if you want a quiet hotel with no one disturbing you, then this is your place to stay.
I do not want to tarnish the reputation of this hotel as it seems there are many positive reviews from other guests, however this is my families personal experience and do not wish for anyone to experience something like this.
