Riad First in Marrakech

I made my reservation and paid at this establishment days before my arrival, scheduled for November 6th, for 4 days. I received several confirmations, . Upon arriving at the airport, the driver tried to contact the Riad 5 times and they never answered the phone. After 13-hour int. flighThe driver dropped us off at the nearest Medina entrance, 15 minutes from the Riad. Upon arrival, we had to knock several times before they finally opened the door. There were two cleaning ladies; one of them kindly offered us mint tea and told us that they weren't expecting any guests that day. We showed her, the reservation, and she then put us in touch with the Riad manager, Mrs. Fatima. She told us that our reservation had been canceled and that she didn't have a room available, that we should call *******, We contacted them, but they couldn't verify the situation because again, no one was answering. So we couldn't resolve anything. Mrs. Fatima called us and told that we had to leave in 10 minutes. That's how our adventure in Marrakech began: on the street, with nowhere to sleep at 6 p.m., in a foreign country, and without any support. Mrs. Fatima never showed any empathy; she was brusque, rude, and completely unpleasant, never showed any empathy; she was brusque, rude, and completely unpleasant, she simply left us on the street without a second thought.
