We are very pleased with this hotel. The welcome upon arrival was very warm, the room spacious and pleasant, with Moroccan decor, was in very good condition, and impeccably clean. The pool was beautifully maintained and very spacious. The breakfast and food were excellent. The staff were very attentive to their guests, and finally, a big thank you to KARIM for his kindness, professionalism, good humor, and constant attention to his guests. A big thank you to Mrs. Quadro Laura and Mr. Cetto Fabien.

This hotel is perfectly situated, close to the malls and also the famous Jema El Fina square. There is also taxis readily available at reasonable prices. The amenities were slightly lacking as only a shampoo was provided where usually there is soap, conditioner and a body wash. Over all and excellent stay and will be booking again very soon.

Worst hotel we stayed in. Rude staff, breakfast is very minimal. One of the breakfast staff named Najib was so rude. We asked him for a tea bag and he refused.
Don’t recommend at all.

The room was small and the facilities were outdated. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so, and breakfast was truly disappointing.

Love location and quiet for sleeping. Swimming pool and garden was lovely. Bit old but we didn't care much of it. Very friendly staff who gave us an assistance for fixing our day tour from other company.

One of the worst hotels iv stayed in. The staff are rude and do not care about hospitality in the slightest. Breakfast is diplorable and comparable to a prison canteen. They dont even provide water at breakfast.

The cleaners entered my room whilst i was in it without knocking. They took away the towels so I couldnt even shower in the morning. No apology was given.

They also state that check in is 2.30pm when the hotel booking clearly states 2pm. They are scammers

Avoid the hotel.

The state of the bathroom and colour of the tap water were foul. No amenities beyond 2 small bars of cheap soap. Pillows were rock hard and breakfast is best avoided should you not fancy a tour of Marrakech’s public toilets!

They forgot our reservation and sat our party at 2 separate tables. Food is expensive at 650 for 3 courses. Food was bad, especially for the price. Service from the waiters is poor and worse from management. Entertainment was average. Smoke is overpowering with cigarettes and cigars at every table. If you are cool with smoke it might be fun for drinks and a dance, but please avoid for a meal.

Absolutely horrible experience. We decided to go to Jad Mahal for my friends birthday dinner. It turned out to be a Nightmare. The restaurant is stunning, but the service, food and belly dancers are poor. This was our last night and we were aware this was an expensive restaurant so we saved 300-400 DH each in order to eat here. We all ordered only a main each as they were priced between 250DH-300DH. We then asked how much it would cost for a birthday cake for our friend. The waiter told us they have an anniversary cake for 150DH. We said fantastic we will take it. They then bring out a cake, after my friend blew it out they took it away and brought out 4 small slices for each of us. We then receive the bill, we couldn't work out how but the bill had come to 1840DH which was a lot more than what we ordered. Turns out they charged 600DH for the cake - almost £50 for 4 slices, roughly £12.50 per slice. We called the waiter and asked what happened. He said I told you the cake was 150DH. They did not say each nor did we even ask for 4. The manager came over and started shouting at my friend and said we must pay as we ate the cake. He then had the staff and security surround our table to intimidate us. Having heard about instances abroad where people are arrested or attacked , we feared for our safety. We were forced to pay for something we had not agreed to pay for. We then left, and the manager followed us out and continuing to shout at us, and told all the taxi drivers not to take us. We were robbed and intimidated. I have never feared for my safety or been treated in such away at restaurant before in my life. They should be closed. The manager should be sacked and cautioned. I Do not recommend anyone risk their well-being by going to this restaurant. I have attached a photo of the manager be ware.

We went there after making a reservation, we showed to the place and though we were promised to be seated immediately, we waited for 45 mins at the bar and kept seeing people who came after us getting seated. The hostesses (2 of them we spoke to) who were trying hard to avoid us promised us every time to wait for another 5 to 10 minutes until we decided to pay the bar bill and just leave. Very poor service and unprofessional behavior whereby we may have not looked foreign and touristy enough to be seated on our reserved table. On a side note the indoor smoking smell was really strong that it got stuck to our clothes from that 45 minutes wait.
