I enjoyed my time at the hotel. The service was excellent. The location was in an area with its own charm and close restaurants and bars. But also just a short 10 min. walk to the city centre.
The room was quite spacious, clean, and quiet. The only complaint was some AC noise when the terrace door was opened.
The bed was very comfortable. Seems like I will never like a hotel pillow, but it wasn't too bad.
Breakfast was plentiful enough for me. I think everyone will find something to enjoy.

Really enjoyed our stay. Receptionists were helpful and polite. The rooms were a good size and cleanliness was excellent. Great to have a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Would definitely recommend the terrace restaurant, the food was excellent. zi tried the Tuna poke bowl which was very tasty.

On the whole, it’s a really great hotel at the price. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were really helpful in organising things for my partners birthday and really went the extra step to make our trip special. Can’t fault the service.
My only gripes are that you can’t set the you can’t set up the aircon yourself in the rooms and the gym is limited.

Excellent food.
The staff are extremely friendly as shown by the chef that genuinely cared and asked if everything was to our satisfaction.
Could easily have been a restaurant we overlooked but we are glad we took the leap and enjoyed a wonderful meal.
Strawberries on the profiteroles were picked fresh from their own plants.

Only 1 star because the waiter ruined the whole experience by not being careful and served a glass of fresh orange juice full of worms!!!!! I have never experienced this in my whole life. I doubt the place is hygienic!!! It's a shame because the food was delicious but after seeing all the worms in my juice I don't even want to imagine what is happening in the background. Not recommended! Worst and the most disgusting experience ever!!!!
