Had the best time here, great location, staff was amazing from the front desk to the manager. Pool was great after a long day of exploring

The only slightly unpleasant aspect was the room's air conditioning, which was unable to cool it down.

Great place to spend a week, good links to town centre and local walks along promenade. Buffet and breakfast was excellent.

Could improve communication on facilities, as staff could not supply English language text on the TV (remained in German due to IT problem).

Another brilliant addition to the Pestana brand, which has many great Hotels in Maderia. I booked another stay as soon as I returned home,

Stayed here over the new year for about a week. Overall a nice experience. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is good and the ocean view from the balcony is beautiful. I really enjoyed the breakfast as well, it has a lot of options to choose from and there was sparkling wine available every morning. I only had two minor issues with the room. The pillows were a bit hard for me personally. And the bed is not a real double bed, but two small beds next to each other. And although the staff did provide us with a large mattress on top, it still isn’t quite the same thing as a real double bed. But these are minor things and the overall experience in the hotel was very nice. I can recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly, the room is a good size and everything was clean. The room has a mini fridge, slippers and robes. They also provide pool towels. There is a cleaning service everyday and they change all the towels, including the ones for the pool. The bed was not the best as it was quite hard and had a spring mattress. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the jacuzzi and sauna. We haven't tried the outdoor pool as we only spent time there in the evenings. The breakfast was good. I'd come back as it was a nice experience overall.

Hotel staff nice and helpful. Rooms large and clean. Breakfasts were very good
