This is truly a hotel for life, offering much better value than those in Hawaii.
The service staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel design was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful.
The overall pace was quite pleasant, even better than the service efficiency on the main island of Iberia.

The hotel facilities and location are amazing! The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good with many options. The only negative point is the lack of detail in the service. The y offer only one water bottle per room and charge for refill, they offer no vanity kit or sleepers. Emitem magnólia could be a top hotel in Madeira if they pay more attention to the details.

Location is good. The facility of the room is old but it’s clean. Cleaning lady cleaned the room everyday.

We rented 2 rooms in this hotel for 4 days. A good hotel, but far from being a 4 star. Room decor is old and very simple, without any charm, like 2.5 to 3 stars at most. But the beds were comfortable. The available garage is very small and if you arrive late you run the risk of having to look for street parking. What bothers me after a day of sightseeing. Simple, good breakfast.

Nice staff. Nothing special, but good rooms, good food and a nice (albeit louder) view. The pool and sauna are good, the garage is free. The price-quality ratio is very good!

Excellent food.
The staff are extremely friendly as shown by the chef that genuinely cared and asked if everything was to our satisfaction.
Could easily have been a restaurant we overlooked but we are glad we took the leap and enjoyed a wonderful meal.
Strawberries on the profiteroles were picked fresh from their own plants.

Only 1 star because the waiter ruined the whole experience by not being careful and served a glass of fresh orange juice full of worms!!!!! I have never experienced this in my whole life. I doubt the place is hygienic!!! It's a shame because the food was delicious but after seeing all the worms in my juice I don't even want to imagine what is happening in the background. Not recommended! Worst and the most disgusting experience ever!!!!
