The experience was mediocre. The room was small, and the number of towels provided was limited.
The restaurants changed frequently, meaning I didn't get to try both during my short stay.
The large buffet restaurant's food was too ordinary for the price.
The staff were extremely rude. I was getting water outside the buffet outside of dinner time, and they actually knocked on the glass and yelled at me – unforgivable.
While some staff members were nice, I'd only give them a 3 out of 10 at most. It's not worth a special trip; the rooms and food are too average.

Had a lovely break and were surprised with an upgraded room. Couldn’t fault anything. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. Great hotel with so much on offer

Since it was all-inclusive, we were able to eat and drink at one of the restaurants. The restaurant I recommend is an Italian cafe called VELA DI CANALE.
They offer all-you-can-eat hot pizza, and if you time it right, they'll even bake you your own pizza with your favorite toppings. The pool was spacious and we were able to relax. I'd love to stay here again.

Service and food was excellent, with beautiful ocean views and infinity pool. Pool table was good but not much activities at teen club. Steam room was out of service during our trip. Overall a good, relaxing break.

Hahaha, wow! When I was 7 years old, I accidentally fell on my local gravel beach, and the sand itself was better than any of the popsicle cold ingredients on the plate I had yesterday at The Chanceller. The reason I give this review today and not yesterday is simply because I had to run as fast as I could to the hotel, and sleep the disappointment out. In this review, I shall upload a video of me trying to eat a bite of the espatada. The whole sequence is too long to upload (1.26min) so you get a short clip.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is too happy about life and wish to get a major shock in what the worlds worst restaurant have to offer.
