The room (suite) is very old. The sofa is stained, the shower is moldy, the shower is broken and doesn't attach to the wall, the tropical shower doesn't work, the kettle is in a place without an outlet, the safe is old with fallen buttons, half the outlets don't work. The bathroom smells like sewage. They give you one bottle of water in the room (0.33%))) Since the hotel is located almost by the port, there is constant din and noise at night. If your windows face the right, there is also a terrible hum... The breakfast is good, you can grab exotic and delicious fruits, coffee from the coffee makers is a separate issue... I've never had anything worse, you have to order from the waiters, then they will bring you normal one. The hotel is conveniently located and this is its only advantage! Considering all the above, for a suite room this is unacceptable and next time we will consider other hotels

A very, very nice hotel. Ms. Rita at the front desk was very friendly and gave me a great room. The night view at night was also beautiful. You can see the magnificent Atlantic Ocean at the breakfast area. There are many types of breakfast, especially fruits.

This hotel is generally ok. But some staff needs training as I had very hard time to program my room key, which receptionist fails to do so 3 times during check in which was really annoying as I arrived to hotel after very long flight.

It is a nice hotel to stay, it is well-located and a stone’s throw away from the sea. The pool is amazing and the breakfast is nice too.

The reception is super nice and helpful. Room is too old and the bed is not comfortable. The view is nice but I don’t like the breakfast. The service people at breakfast area is rude, and breads & foods are not 5 star hotel level
